Somewhere between A and B. Naruto thinking Sakura still doesn't love him will make it all the more dramatic when he finds out that isn't the case.
I think he told his dad that Sakura was his girlfriend because he really wanted him to think so. He hesitated because he knew he was telling a lie and that Sakura would probably react the way she did.
I agree with Pepsi, I think he said she was more or less his girlfrien because he considers her as hs girlfriend when she's not really his girlfriend.

Somewhere between B and C. He seems to think Sakura will always love Sasuke, but with the girlfriend thing makes you think he thinks there's a possibility Sakura returns his feelings. I think he's more confused than anything.
So maybe 30% of his brain still thinks she loves Sasuke, 45% is confused, and 25% thinks she somewhat returns his feelings.

ha ha for that I love their relationship is very complex to define it now
I think it's B but 631 gives me the feeling that Naruto knows that Sakura has strong feelings for him and that he has faith in Sakura-chan being his girlfriend xD, D could be too for this, but Naruto is very stubborn and distracted and not help that he is always unconscious or semi died When Sakura shows strong feelings for him and great sacrifices... is so unfair!

If he was to be conscious when Sakura did things to him, we would be seeing Naruto and Sakura's kids fighting along side with them XD. Besides, that's the whole purpose of NS plot. Naruto shows strong emotions for Sakura when Sakura is not aware of it, Sakura shows strong emotions for Naruto when he is unconscious. That's the irony to stall NS till end.

Like somebody told before, Figuring out the relationship between Naruto and Sakura is like Quantum physics. You figure out one thing, something else becomes ambiguous.

I came across this quote said by none other than John Lennon. We all know who this amazing guy is 
"A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality."
Doesn't this oddly remind us of Sakura's thoughts during the CPR moment? It actually went on to portray that Naruto's dream was now shared by her too. And then this quote speaks way too much, if we apply it to that CPR moment.

Not saying that Naruto came because Sakura called out his name at the top of her voice, but I guess we fail to notice the difference between two scenes. When Sakura called Naruto, it was just a panel of her calling Naruto's name and no panel showed his other comrades. It was just Sakura shouting Naruto's name at the top of her voice and Naruto arriving.Double standards......... Double standards everywhere

Whereas in this scene where Hinata thinks of Naruto, before Hinata, we are shown panels of almost everyone with the last being Hinata. Whereas in Sakura's case it was just Sakura and not other comrades. And quite strangely when Sakura called out to Naruto he arrived immediately but when Hinata called out to him lately, there was nothing he could do or rather he was stopped. The irony is too damn high XD
Moral of the Story : The hero comes at the heroine's call and HInata doesn't matter in the plot.

This begs the question and honestly, I think this is the key. And to be honest, I don't think you can't think other than friendship.
Why the strongest concern from Sakura for Naruto happens when he's KO/away?

. She maybe does not realise it. But as I said earlier, she is a classic case of 'The heart sees what the mind fails to notice'.

SS is more popular, but NS is pretty big as well. They also made a NS event called YellowxPink in Japan

As someone mentioned, SS is most probably a teen romance sort of thing whereas NS is a more mature love story. Since it is a teenage love story, it seems to be more popular.SS is just depressing. IKR? even though I love Sasuke. I admit that he doesn't deserve a love of a women and specially Sakura. He better off stay single
