That arc will always be one of the best. Crocodile was a phenomenal villain. All around great character.

 

Both of the times he gets really happy over Nami being naked were in only the anime. I'm not a Luffy x Nami fan but I kinda like it sometimes because the next pirate king should have a pirate queen. I just see Luffy as uninterested in anything sexual. I find it odd because even Gol D. Roger ended up making Ace. If the pirate king and nearly exact copy of Luffy fell in love, why can't Luffy? Anyway, the only ship I'm shipping in One Piece is Zoro x Tashigi. There's a reason Zoro hasn't told Tashigi the name of his old friend/crush. Kuina has to be related to Tashigi or something. When she finds out she will be all like "Omg wow I can't fight you anymore pirate hunter, because you were her best friend. Look at your muscles. You should marry me. 10/10 Should make swordsmen baby." Fight me Smoker x Tashigi shippers.

I understand, when I watch/read One Piece I'm more or less only watching it for the action and adventure. But Nami and Luffy's relationship is enjoyable and I like how he doesnt let anyone have his Navigator.

 

I honestly didnt ship anyone in Psycho Pass xD But yeah I could see it.

 

There's no romance in onepiece.
Oda doesn't incorporate it is a genius move for long running manga like onepiece. Eventhought I can see which pairing has potential to happen.

Pure shonen battle manga hero doesn't have love interest or doesn't interest in sex/opposite sex. Usually because they are stupid or naive/pure.

 

That's cool and all but I believe Im entitled to ship characters. Oda did say there would be no romance but that doesn't mean people cant ship what they please.

Smoker x Hina is clearly a thing. A girl that you have know for a long time that keeps on bailing you out when you get yourself in trouble with your superiors and is concerned when you are about to insult your officers. She's definitely a keeper.

 

Its still possible that Kuina is Tashigi. As long as you don't see the person actually dying we cannot jump to conclusion. I have learned this from full metal alchemist and Kenshin. The chemistry is there and I hope she will be a major player in Wano. Not to mention that Tashigi really wants to get the wado ichimonji back among all the swords... that's pretty interesting considering its in a way Kuina's soul and dream.

Maybe she's her older sister who for whatever reason get seperated.

Yeah that could work. The twin sister reason seems too logical. Oda might pull something crazier. The kid Tashigi drawing also seems fishy cause she looks like she is 7 or 8 whereas Kuina was hitting puberty.

 

I am saying that anything is possible in this world. I mean its technically possible that someone kidnapped for some reason, faked her death by using an identical fake body. I mean Vegapunk could literally duplicate Kuma and even erase his memory. I wonder if Koshiro helping dragon could have something to with it.

 

I have learned from Kenshin and FMA that you never declare someone dead as long we don't see the person actually dying. Boy, Kenshin pulled quite a stunt in the last arc (important to note that Oda was an assistant and could use similar tropes to one piece).

Haven't read the chapter, but I scanned through the last 2 pages. Looks like Luffy and Law's actions have already hit the world. My only fear is that they won't put Luffy up too much because "he had Law's help." Like realistically, we know Luffy just beat Doflamingo one vs one. Fujitora should be able to tell them that.... The vice admirals and countless marines too. But just watch... Should be 600 million now but it'll be more like 500.

yeah that's what i'm afraid of too. i couldn't stomach seeing law's face next to luffy's. and i felt that ace was referring to luffy, since he's the brother that's been there for him even after he left the island, not sabo.

Mmm I'm just waiting for the loose ends to tie up here then hopefully get the next arc started.   TO ADVENTURE!!!

 

That said the whole drama of whether or not Riku should be king again is a little...... boring. Because on his side it is a matter of ego and on the people's side it's a matter of not wanting to leave their comfort blanket. Sorry, just that political debate in general I find a bore

Sorry. As I said earlier yesterday, the anger was kicking in because yeah, it really test our intelligence. The ending remind me of chapter 700. I was getting upset. Well, now I read this chapter.
