So NS4Life, what do you have to say regarding the new anime for Dragonball? Is it similar to the Naruto spin-off in that the creators are overextending the welcome of a series that should have resolved itself some time ago?

He did the right thing by ripping these pages cause the manga should have ended there ! 

 

That girl has potential...and she's smart ! 

Even a 2 yo girl could see that NS makes more sense than NH/SS 

I haven't watched it too...and will never do ! I prefer sparing my eyes and my brain from that disaster ! 

 

He got scarred when I walked into the room since he knows not to mess with my stuff, but I laughed and gave a big hug for doing so. 

 

Poor kid  was so confused at my reaction. 

 

I just realized that volume Luckychi is showing has torned pages. Nice.

I just remembered that once I explained it was okay I showed him a page of Sakura and Hinata and asked him which one he found better with Naruto and which one he found better in general?

Oh Weekly manga Recap. I have watch a full episode of theirs for at least a year. I liked when they first aired but i just started disagreeing with everything they said. Especially after Rollot rant about Hinata being the "light of the army" and how Naruto has to love her. Out curiosity what did they think of the ending? I assume they loved it.

While I'm not 4Life... I'd like to say my two cents on that issue. While the marketing is real, at least DB left things open to be continued in spinoffs/continuations/etc. DBZ never really died seeing how it was constantly brought up in conversations over the past decade

Ichigo-chan, I know how you feel. XD It's one reason besides just the outcome that I refuse to watch The Last since it makes NO sense in the long run from reviews like Sparda's I read!

Exactly ! Seeing this movie will bring us nothing but anger and frustration, something I personally don't wanna feel !

DBZ has the universe to expand on while Naruto has its villages that are already in peace. Now, this rehash plot is happening only to resolve for Sarada, so it's forced and nothing really added any flavor to the story. So the accomplishment is to have Naruto and Sasuke learn the daddy's dilemma and that's it. The kids serve no true purpose since the world is at peace and the main characters are there to stay, so no one can screw then.

DBZ has the universe to use to make new villains that somehow can be stronger than the last one. Naruto already hit the Gods. Anything else would be laughable and kicking a dead horse. Plus, DBZ is far popular than Naruto, so it's no competition.

I've somewhat lost my old enthusiasm for Dragonball. The new material is somewhat uninspired. It rehashes age-old concepts like Super Saiyan transformations while introducing just the minimal amount of fresh new content. And the scope of relevancy has retracted so much that everyone with the exception of Goku and Vegeta are little more than contrivances to demonstrate how powerful the new threat is - even Gohan and the Saiyan children have been stricken from list of viable warriors who could challenge the next antagonist. It's reminiscent of the final days of Naruto where the only characters who held any weight were Naruto and Sasuke.

hahahahaha God ! There's tons of pairings that are waaayy better than SS ...Any couple is better than SS (and NH)...I laughed at how they have no canon "romantic" picture depicting Sasuke and Sakura being lovey dovey or something like this.

XD I do get frustrated a few times, but then I remember we at the NS family have better art than the canon stuff of NH and SS. Seriously, especially when some of the writing we got is better than canon, like some of the snippets I did.
