I'm bringing up this image again because:
1. No one translated what was said on the left page, the one with image of Team 7 and Guy (Someone said that 'Love Rivals' is said on it, which will make sense, but I don't know.)
2. I felt like no one brought up the fact that the ORIGINAL TEAM 7 IS BACK. I know that its not 'technically' the original Team 7, half of the members are alternate versions of the real ones, and movie itself is going to mostly focus on Naruto's family. But that doesn't mean were not going anything with Team 7, heck that image proves that we're going to get at least some scenes with them.

My questions is that are all still on the same team, and do they still missions together? Will it be awkward for Naruto and Sakura to work with alternated Sasuke and Kakashi? How many scenes are we going to see them together? (Probably not many, mostly because of what I said before that it is going to mostly focus on Naruto's family, and, in generally, probably family morals (Why else would have Sakura's parents?))

Now, seeing the color up close due to Fox-And-Flower's reference of the picture (nicely done, as always), I now keep pondering on how Sakura's hair color is as bright and pink as it is.

My questions is that are all still on the same team, and do they still missions together? Will it be awkward for Naruto and Sakura to work with alternated Sasuke and Kakashi? I'm just going to assume that after a few days with this Sasuke and Kakashi that at some point, they are going to be sick of the alternative personas and is going to miss the old Kakashi, and the old Sasuke (the one before he left the village, not the crazy psychopath, that's going to try to kill them sight on scene.)

Of course, the true money question is how the Naruto's parents is going to react to Sakura and of course, how Sakura's parents react to Naruto. This is what I'm going to be looking for the most in the movie.

Minato and Kushina still look the same as when they died- when they were around 27 years old. Mikoto was only 35 when she died. Tsume (Kiba and Hana's mom) looks the same age range as Mebuki to me-

Kizashi looks the same age range as Chouza to me:

Fugaku was 40 when he died. Chouza is 41/42 in part 2

So right in the same age range as several of the Konoha 11 parents.

Thanks for the references! Yeah, that makes more sense now. I can understand why Kushina doesn't look any older in the genjutsu verse (since the Uzumaki clans have longer lifespans), but I'm not sure the reasoning behind not making Minato age at all - either good genes or the animators didn't want to make him look any less attractive for fan service purposes I guess.

Of course, the true money question is how the Naruto's parents is going to react to Sakura and of course, how Sakura's parents react to Naruto. This is what I'm going to be looking for the most in the movie.

This - so much this! I can't wait to see the whole meeting each other's parents thing! I'll be pretty disappointed if it doesn't happen, but given that Naruto's parents and Sakura are all main characters, I'm not really seeing how they cannot interact at some point.

Maybe an interesting way to get the ball rolling on how to get the Uzumakis and the Harunos together is to have some sort of weird faceoff ala this.



Would look awkward for both Naruto and Sakura but still be very very compelling for us.

I await for that eventual faceoff, it must happen. I don't care how Pierriot or Kishi does it, but it must be done.

I'm now hearing that Kizashi's face is engraved in Hokage mountain. Does this mean that in the genjutsu world it was him that became the Hokage instead of Minato?

So many uncertainties!
- Are those looks of Sakura's parents for the genjutsu world or the normal one?
- Will Sakura's parents only appear in the genjutsu world or real wrold?
- Will they appear on both?
- Will they remain the same in both worlds or have different looks in each?
- Why and how did Sakura become a hero to the people in the genjutsu world?
- Why and how did Sakura's dad become Hokage?
- What about Minato?

I think the genjutsu world might be altering Naruto's and Sakura's circumstances. Now Naruto has both of his parents alive instead of Sakura, and in his place it's Sakura who has her parents dead but is considered a hero of the village and the daughter of a Hokage.

Still, I'd rather Sakura's parents appear in the genjutsu world too and I hope they have good screen time. I truly hope we get a good idea about what will happen in the movie with next week trailer.

You know, for a guy that said he completely forgot about Sakura not that long ago Kishi sure is putting her in the spotlight now, even if it's not in the manga.

Y'know, I just had a thought.... I wonder if Sakura's parents will make their debut on the special episode that ties in with the movie. It would make sense, since that episode is likely going to be Sakura-centric. So, what better way for a Sakura-centric episode to introduce her parents.

BTW, I'm really amazed at how much this thread's grown in just 3 months....

I just hope their is very little romance in this movie between Naruto and Sakura because I think whichever pairing becomes near to canon in this movie will not become canon in real world.

And I will advise all people not to hope too much for Naruto meeting and having talks with sakura's parents or sakura with Naruto's parents because it might turn out to be as fake to see as the movie blood prison was.


Their was also a picture in which sakura was blushing around sasuke where sasuke was showing interest in sakura so I don't think this movie will focus even a bit on NS(but to me it is good news because if SS somehow becomes canon in this world I don't think it will become canon in real world.)

I am having one more question what about the Naruto of the fake world???

Naruto and Sakura are in a genjutsu - they are the only personalities to remain the same/unaffected because they are not part of the genjutsu (i.e. that Sasuke that is flirting with Sakura is a genjutsu - its not the real Sasuke under genjutsu or anything like that). Minato and Kushina also appear to retain their original personalities despite also being part of the genjutsu, which members have speculated on the reason.

For the 100th time, look at her eyebrows, she looks a little nervous. She even has her arms very close to her body, that represents tension. Of course she's gonna blush if a pretty boy if flirting with her, Naruto will probably do the same when Hinata starts flaunting her chest in front of him, that doesn't mean he loves her it just means he's a normal teen boy with hormones.

Okay... apparently, 'Natsuyasumi no Osusume' (the TV program where the seiyuu of Naruto, Minato and Kushina were scheduled to appear) just finished.

According to 2ch, the interview was very short... and they didn't really say anything of interest. Still, someone claims to have heard these lines:


ナルト「あともうちょっとだったのに……」
クシナ「任務帰りの親になんてこと言うんだってばね！」
ミナト「あとは俺がやる」

アフレコでこんなセリフを言ってたな

Naruto: "Even though I was almost there..."
Kushina: "What kind of thing is that to say to a parent who is returning from a mission, dattebane!"
Minato: "I'll take care of it later."

They said such lines in the after recording, eh...

I have to admit, I honestly didn't expect Minato's seiyuu to be a dorky-looking guy who would've thought one of the hottest manga characters' seiyuu would look like him??

Shinohara looks to be the oldest and has some sort of motherly vibe. No wonder she could pull off Kushina's role so well.
