I feel more sorry for Junko than Chie. Junko was a hardcore NS shipper she loves everything about the pairing. She was upset that all of the development was butchered by Kishimoto, she even told him to shut up while he was running his mouth that Sakura and Hinata are his favorite characters.

It has always disguted me how the SS fans throw crap to team taka. They really dont give a crap about the themes, story telling and other characters that dont benefit their ship.
I am seriously writting a letter to kishi, I know I have been saying that for a couple of months but I am taking time on constructing it.

To be fair, Team Not Seven deserves much of the abuse heaped on them. I doubt I'd agree with the reasons as the SS fans, but I think, overall, they were pretty terrible characters whose existence is difficult to justify.

Team seven also wasnt that good either , more like team dysfunctional , their bond from part 1 was hyped but it lacked the development

Not that I disagree, but I think the specifics of our complaints are different. Even if development didn't justify the hype, I understand why they were in the series and what they were doing. I don't understand why a guy who got rid of bonds formed a team moments after offing his mentor and going it alone. I don't understand why a team who appeared to be put together for the purposes of pursuing Itachi was not used for this task as Itachi sought Sasuke out and Kisame made no effort to interfere. Maybe Team Not Seven was meant to help against Team Seven, but that never happened either.

Suigetsu didn't have a meaningful role. Juugo did not either. Karin demonstrated his fall, but she was not indefensible for that and then was allowed to hang around and large do nothing for some reason. Leave their butts in jail.

They helped keep him alive, but almost everything they did smacks of "I got these guys here and I need to find SOMETHING for them to do." It's not a good place for a character to be.

I really like your post nate, you're right, many things have been done in vain in this manga and the characters were very badly handled

Is that so? Well I don't really like imposing my views on other people even if I support NS. Junko may have liked NS but it wasn't enough to stop her dubbing the Last.

Well it's her job. Can't leave. Remember, we don't know what they have, like a contract or such.

I'm not the right guy to ask. Someone here got an interview of her as well as other materials.

That sounds a bit like....never mind. XD
Junko probably needed the money for her family or something which is a lot more important than protesting for a fictional couple.

I'd imagine so. Getting paid and honoring a contract take precedence over personal pairing preferences. I'd hate to have a rep of walking off and quiting when the source material didn't go my way.

Leave it to Kishimoto to write one-dimensional characters yet try to play them off as important

Junko is a known team seven supporter , AKA she likes SNS and NS.

-She responded a question in a interview in NYC, (when she was roleplaying as Naruto), the question said "What did you do in your free time", her answer was something like "eat ramen and try to date Sakura-chan!"

-Back at a interview in the beginning of shippuden she expressed interest in the development of Naruto and Sakura relationship

 - And also in another interview, when asked about "Sakura or Hinata", she responded  "Sasuke"

But Nana Mizuki is the exception to the rule... Take a look at Toriko anime and you'll see what I mean. :ermm:
