That's not encouragement really like something that the hero having doubts about himself or whatever, it's more like she trying to cheer him up.

Encouragement is when the hero is about to fall or much like she did with Sasuke when she called him a coward.
Even on Kizuna books there's no NaruSaku on the encouragement stuff.

Naruto was doubting himself, Sakura encouraged him. Naruto listened to her and got better. Encouragement isn't just when a hero is about to fall. It is support plain and simple.

Naruto wasnt doubting himself, he felt he was weak and he was right when they came back he still felt he was weak(he wanted to become stronger because of the emo-kun which even Kakashi states himself that he was being encouraged by Sasuke to become stronger), he was sad because he failed to bring him back and she cheer him up saying that he wasnt alone because she was there, but she also was sad for the very same reason.
The only character who encouraged Sakura so far was Ino.

Sakura doesnt know hatred, Sakura doesnt know the true meaning of not giving up,the true meaning of love and there's a lot of things, Naruto inspired her to become stronger and she did trained with Tsunade but wasnt the solely reason it was the promise, Naruto and Sasuke, her fighting spirit comes with that resolution, Sakura has internal struggles and personal problems which Naruto can change that and plus changing Sakura.(making the Mina/Kushi parallel into a full circle).
Neji died she was shocked and also wavering like Naruto.

Does she is standing up there because of her own beliefs or just because of Naruto and his inspiring pep talks?

Of course I have this kind of spirit! The fact Kishi wrote this story and had Naruto love Sakura. If it was before the Sakura confession, I wouldn't be as confident, but it was after the confession and the Kushina appearance. Now that I think about it. If Naruto knew who his mom was, how was he back at the village? Shouldn't they be at war?

It's just a different translation of Sasuke's infamous 'You're annoying'.

Sasuke is trying to leave the village, and Sakura implores him to give up that idea. In response to her wish, Sasuke answers her with a simple "You're annoying". They are the same words that he uttered back when Team Kakashi was formed... but so many missions have passed since then, and now the meaning that he puts into those same words differs greatly. Not really a big deal. As Rikuto pointed out, it's only stating something that we already know and yeah, that's all. The interviews, however, could be interesting, but sadly, it seems that it's the usual same old stuff, nothing new or anything future event. In a way, it's like a third-party collection book. That's all.

Thanks though. Well I already explained it in above post. Thanks though. I think the only funny moment is that NH is made to be an encouragement, not serious level as love. Again, this is based on this guy, but it does question me whether there are people that really sees NH nothing but only a friendship at best. I do so but didn't think that this guy would, let alone it's a book that people can see. Oh well, I still think it's friendship at best anyway before book. Just happy that I'm not alone.

Hinata wasn't in the book for love, which is shocking in terms of a fan's outlook. It's listed in encouragement and the confession scene was included. I think I know what he means about it, because she did explain why she was doing it, which does fit encouragement, just thought it could be love, but oh well.

----> Pain from denying that she loves Sasuke. Running counter = having feelings for Naruto. In his opinion, Sakura was in pain because she had to reject her feelings for Sasuke, and that's not what she truly wanted. At least that's what it sounds like he's saying.

Keep in mind she did say she don't care for Sasuke anymore. Therefore, it's most likely this one. The whole issue wasn't about her loving him rather than forgetting Sasuke altogether. That's why Naruto flashbacked to those memories, because whether she doesn't love him or not, in our view not Naruto, Sakura not caring for Sasuke is not possible.

Also, it doesn't negate that Kishi himself said Naruto is close to her but for now according to her, she still loves Sasuke. That only mean we are not done yet and it still fits to the above description.

She also told Naruto she wasn't in love with Sasuke anymore. The critic specifically addressed her feelings in this context; I think he's talking about romance (and therefore the "There's nothing b/w Sasuke and me anymore, I don't know what I was thinking, loving someone like that" she said at the start of 469) here.
