Okay, guys, confess... How many times did you re-read this chapter?   

 

To be fare everyone was high on weds.  

I just became to excited when reading spoliers on tumblr.

No but seriously his troll of NH was awesome. NS 631 trumped NH 615 with a comedic scene between the two of them.Compared to the confession vs. hug in the Pein arc this one was more EVIL.

This begs the question though. Are we done with NS? The reason why I'm asking myself as well as you guys is because this whole volume is about Naruto.

First chapter: Naruto never giving up to Obito and told the world that his friends mean a world to him. Motivated Sakura greatly as well as cheer people up.

Second chapter: Naruto saved all of them but out of action. They all thanked him for saving them, but now even without chakra, they will defend him as Sakura will heal him. Naruto is happy.

Third chapter: Sakura explained the true feelings of Naruto, which motivated people to fight on, even if they do die. Naruto and Minato reunion, which Naruto is ready for reinforcement.

Fourth chapter: Minato asked Sakura if she's his girlfriend, which Naruto reconfirmed his feelings as Minato is proud of him with the fact Sakura is similar to Kushina, which he blessed her to take care of Naruto. Naruto got his team back together again as well as motivated to take care the rest of Sasuke since he's not yet done and Sakura, his love interest, is not backing down, so not only he's happy for her to be strong, he's really happy that Team 7 is back.

What does that mean? I start to see this volume as a huge glorified Pain Arc, only this time, his people are helping him. That said something big is coming for Naruto. Get the hint.

But Sakura is doing bigger things each chapter, and I think next chapter will also continue the pattern. Kishi won't break the build up. I have not trusted him like this in a long time. I think she will protect Naruto, and not pee on Minato's words, "I trust you to take care of my son".

 

Sasuke is there too..I wonder what he'll do if Naruto or Sakrua are in danger. Maybe he still cares. Or maybe he just wants Madara's head?

NS seems to be safe from troll. People wants to argue 540 is a troll, but honestly, that should be fans' fault for thinking she's done off-paneled. She must say it and if she says it and then we get 540, then it's a troll. That's why NH got the harsh treatment. Not fans, the pairing itself because it relied heavily on the "lie" confession that just happened before this arc. Basically they got 540, only much much worse. Do I need to explain? ;)

But I agree. 631 reconfirmed Naruto's feelings for Sakura, just like 540 reconfirmed Sakura's feelings for Sasuke. Though 631 was a lot clearer than 540, the latter is very much up to interpretation, and we have 631 where Naruto flat out introduces Sakura to his father..as his girlfriend.

 

It is the same mistake done by fans..thinking that the characters will let their feelings fade so easily and off-panel.

Ok. It's only a troll if you let yourself believe a character's feelings can change off-paneled. You must wait for them to say it or even talk about it one last time. Pretty much, NH got what some if not most NS fans got from 540, thinking he/she is over with his/her old love interest. That said here's a problem that 631 got over 540.

First of all, 540 is not needed if we already acknowledged that she loves Sasuke. So why is it needed? Because there's a chance of a follow-up to it. 540 while it may seem bad for many, in reality, this could backfire heavily as well. Sakura thought of him in a very negative light, which is also the first time being questioned if her love is really good or not, and it's not. Not to mention this is after she still have hope for Team 7 happy ending. While she can be hopeful on that, her love is a different story and she knows that it's not really good as she just may realized it. So this needs a follow-up and left unanswered.

Now, we look at 631. First off, Sakura was the one who Minato asked if she's Naruto's girlfriend, yet Naruto replied it for her. This confirms his feelings for her and if it didn't, then the last page really did. What's the problem? There's no follow-up because that WAS the follow-up. Naruto sees his love aspect positive, nothing like how Sakura thought of Sasuke. So it's sealed by Minato as well as Naruto. To make matter worse, Naruto reconfirmed his feelings AFTER Hinata has done many things that she wished and Sakura is getting hers with a bonus of the fact Team 7 is back. Lastly, this volume is favoring more to Naruto, so he will come out at the very top when it's all over, and if you remember Pain Arc ending, well you get the picture. ;)

So yes, 540 needs a follow-up to see if there's anything to go with that. That said NS is growing too strong since 629 and it will only go up. The last question is if this is the end of NS moments in this volume only? We shall see.

I hope Minato sticks around longer to see more NS moments so he can really give Kushina the good news. Huh. That's funny. I just realized something. He got nothing much to say about Sasuke with Naruto, so he's like "Well, I got no parallel to him, so I'm here to parallel my love life with yours, so bye."

When I referred at Sakura status, I meant after Kishi found out she's hated, especially after the confession she made.

So It's like a kittenslap back at the fandom for despising his heroine.

OMG, I'd die of laughter! If Kurama comments, GAME OVER for GOOD for anti NS fans doubting Naruto's feelings because in the end, Kurama has been there with him all along, knows everything about who he is, how he feels, etc.

 

Even if Kurama calls Sakura his girlfriend the anit NS and anti Sakura fans will still doubt his feelings. I think it has gone long enough and it's time to ignore those fans. As I said Naruto might kiss Sakura's forehead, they might get marry at the end of the manga and they will still say he doesn't love her.

Now that's just pushing it. Look, not everyone should like NS, but acknowledge that it does in fact exist. Is that hard to ask? Anyway, let them be. I'm not going to bash them.

I think the "they" you're talking about is very few. You sound so suspiscious of them. There are limits to how much you can twist a moment, and how many hits a ship can take. I think some NH fans are rational too, but I feel sorry for them now, I would be sad in their position.

Guys i found this interesting post about the minato in pain arc and the edo minato. some people are bringing up good points about this issue.

 

This could be the answer for it.

Yeah, or that they both love Naruto and sacrificed themselves for him. And that Sakura only has Kushina's weakness. TBH, their temper is what makes their character interesting and joyful to me. : )

 

What I don't really get is how Hinata is like Minato. :v like..what. Even Sakura is more like Minato, but the closest resemblance would be Kakashi.

The irony relies when they say that parallels doesnt matter but they made an strong effort to make Hinata and Kushina parallel and when they saw that it wasnt they started calling it "Paralols", and now are probably ignoring it saying that doesnt matter.
