Exactly so shouldn't we be praising her for ONCE instead of always criticizing her?

We're NS fans are illogical and stupid, so I guess it's excusable that we do not see the greatness that is Hinata.

well that's what hinata is for her love for naruto is practically her whole character. (not trying to be mean....just saying)

if she shows up in the manga, it will almost always have naruto there, cause thats her character.

and if she isn't around naruto, she's thinking about naruto.


she kinda reminds me of orihime, she thinks about ichigo alot too......but she's a little less shy and thinks about others like her tomboy friend also.

thats probably the reason I don't like hinata, cause every time she shows up it's about naruto and I don't like naruhina...XD so it feels like theres no shipping breather around her....(that doesn't make any sense...)

WHAT I MEAN IS....I just want to like hinata for hinata.......and not feel like my ship is constantly threatened by her appearance in the manga.....(which it feels like because all she's about is naruto)!


and people think that makes her selfless and deserving for naruto.....but thats all she thinks about so of course people will think that!! i cant remember the last time she worried about kiba....or shino....or neji....

sakura worries about others AND naruto.

Hinata as a character will always remain the same which is revolving about Naruto. We need to live with it as long as she is in the manga.

I just expected her to be out of that fangirling stage after that "epic" speech. But she proved me wrong big time. And as for Sakura, well Kishi just took a dump on her to make room for Hinata. The excuse that Sakura is going to eventually have her moment to shine is tiresome and annoying. She's much more important than Hinata, yet the fandom has to be reduced to piggy back riding off of Hinata because by their logic if Hinata is getting all this development, then certainly Sakura must have something in store.

One will never happen and the other one just makes her a pairing fodder.

I know what you're trying to say. But to me the only thing that matters to Hinata is being with Naruto. She's like" oh Neji's dead okay I'm fine with that because I'm next to Naruto-kun, I don't care if we're fighting those two bad guys I don't even know who they are because I'm with Naruto-kun, it doesn't matter if we're in the middle of a war I'm with Naruto-kun and it doesn't matter the fate of the world is at stake here I'm holding Naruto-kun's hand yay!"

the way it was drawing practically shows that. It really seems that he was about to hold someone's hand and also the Juubi was drawing in the background on one of the panels to show that Juubi will be crushed. yes this panel was drawn to demonstrate that too, Just like that NH fan specified in her/his review. And it also adds more meaning to Neji's death, it shows that Naruto will not forget hi, / letting his memory go ... what he did for him, his sacrifice.

in short:

first two panels: pretty much symbolize that Naruto raised his hand to hold someone's hand.
two last panels: seems like he's holding tight that "invisible hand" and in the background kishi added the Juubi to symbolize that he will be crushed/defeated as well.

Srsly call me delusional if you want but don't matter how much I look at that scene, I just can see it in that way, even the editor's note makes more sense now!

Hinata's confidence only occurs during dire situations. The fight with Neji, her confession, the war. I mean her confidence is like a roller-coaster. Keep that kitten steady and not have Naruto as a necessity for it. It's just plain sad.

It does make sense! Very subtle move, if its true then Naruto is theoretically helping Hinata avenge Neji. Which proves Naruto is thinking nothing romantic at this point in time.

I'm gonna have to agree with this. While I do see her as a threat, I'm not gonna hate her because of that. It's silly and would make me no better than most of the NaruHina fans.

Well I don't hate Hinata but I don't understand the fanbase at all though. She's cute and all, but when did she ever did something incredible fighting and development wise. Yeah, we got the confession but minus anime, even that gets ignored in Japan. Funny how no one interviewed Kishi about Hinata and Naruto's status since part 2 started. She lost all of her fights and never won one. Not only that but they were never boss fight. Sakura has a tie and a victory. There are losses but that's besides the point. The point is that she has done so much and hell, her fight with Sasori got me in love with her. Not to mention it is my top 5 best fight in the series. I can read/watch all day because in terms of non powerhouse person, she's a true underdog. But oh well, last arc with side characters, let's get this over with.

In my opinion, her comment about Naruto's hand ruined the very mood that she herself has setup. Seriously, she's looking at her potential killers and she starts thinking about Naruto's big manly hands. She's in love, I get it. You can think about starting a family after you survive the war. Her love has been emphasized enough as it is. Come on now...

i just really want sakura to get into action or help and get some panel time like she should.......she's the heroine...

it's like that time when naruto, sasuke, and sakura weren't in the manga for a while...it felt boring to me.

there are still some things revolving around sakura for her to get development

1) tsunade (she's probably not gonna make it= sakura development)

2) team 7 stuff after the war (she can fight one of sasuke's henchmen XD ya know who they are)

and hopefully

3) rin comparison stuff.......(we SHOULD have started getting it like chapters ago..but its still possible)


i just hope....HOPE!! that hinata will be done and over with by next chapter....PLZ KISHI!! PLZ!!! sakura doesn't even have to show up right after her.....give some time to.....Lee.......or......kiba...or something....T^T

If anything, I feel like this is her best development and she should be getting more fans from this chapter. The fact that she can actually talk to Naruto without fainting means character development, and character development at this point in the arc means she's been dealt with and can now be put to the side.

In all honesty, no. I started hating her in early part 2 when she wasn't even considered a threat. I believe her character is just really crappy and poorly written.
