You do realize that the headband is in front of her, so of course, it's gonna be bigger. As far as the hair goes, she's had her hair messy before. It was messy when she was in the bath house, and it was messy when she was a child...

Also, everything isn't disproportional in that pic. If Naruto threw his headband at the screen, how big do you think the damn thing is gonna get? It's not gonna stay the same size. The body is weird. Particularly the legs. The torso isn't bad. The rating you gave it though is pretty ridiculous IMO.

Doesn't the third Kage has the same cape as Minato from Naruto part 1 ? I think it's the same cape for every Kage and Minato is the only one wearing it cause maybe he was the last one before Tsunade.

Let me check just in case. I think third Hokage was wearing the clothes that first Hokage wore. Minato has a cape that can match to anything.

LOL I forgot to say that. I was too focused on the "headband is bigger than her body" comment. Tis all about perspective.

All you have to do is look at the background and see that the view is at an angle...

Well Im not an expert. In fact I plain suck in most artistic fields (except origami). But the legs bother me. It looks like something a teenage girl with no photoshop skills would do to make herself hotter. You know the drag filter that is instantly recognisable without a good background. So 8/10 on the upper part, 3/10 on the lower part. And considering this is Sakura her bottom part should not be messed up.

The bottom part looks like it has its own artstyle, while the upper part has another. It looks like two different fanarts, and that she doesn't have knees in her bottom part. Still, I liked the hair, face..and the background. Overall the pic was alright.
