Naruto shoulda ended with Naruto defeating Pein and Sasuke defeating Itachi.

Oh my, yes, it should've ended on the Pain Arc.If it ended by then I shouldn't have read Sakura's confession( the reason why I was introduced to reading the manga), didn't get hooked on the manga by reading every wed, and probably not witnessing that horrible of an ending weeks ago.I would've been spared of everything including The Last and NH.Maybe I'm still happy about everything Naruto related till now with only watching the anime and no-world about the manga. Geez, regret does always comes last.

All this immediate promotion of "THE LAST" in foreign countries (especially those of the west) does nothing but reinforce my thesis, that the plot of this movie was conceived for a foreign point of view too, by knowing how Hinata is very popular in these western countries.

If that's true, it would mean that the native Otaku populace isn't the target audience for this movie. I did find it odd how the marketers and distributors were already drawing up plans to present the film to foreign audiences when it hasn't even been a full month since the film's release.

 

They're making the mistake of putting all their eggs into one basket.  Ironically, the people they're attempting to market their crap towards is notorious for bootlegging anime/manga entertainment off the Internet. Did their marketing scheme account for that variable?

Fact is we haven't had any confirmations yet. It would be nice if true, and I'm wondering the tone of Junko's voice. Was she being respectful? Or was it more like "Please... just enough already."

They are determined to shove NH down everyone's throats! They're going to give a bad reputation to anime!!
Seriously--broadcast real masterpieces from Japan like Spirited Away (which I saw in theaters and it won a US Oscar <3) or the rest of Hayao Miyazaki's films not kitten otaku fanboy stuff like the Last!
