Well, this is my first time being a part of a fandom for a series that's still going on, so I was just wondering. But I can't believe people are just going to rush over here, like half of them weren't calling people on this site delusional, and try to play it off as always supporting this pairing.

 

I mean, I believe that when NS is made canon there will be some people who change their mind and might actually try to look at all aspects of Sakura's character,( I honestly believe most people still only see part 1 Sakura.), but to act like you love the pairing just because it happened, makes those people seem more fake than Sai's smiles.

I always liked Naruto and he fit well for being main char. Sakura gained my admiration after she cut her hairs in Chuunin exam even if she was still same fangirl for Sasuke. That scene give me hope that Sakura can change for better and now i m happy that i waited those 15 years

I also have an experience when I was in Reply 1994 fandom. Some of them and I bet a pairing and some others bet to the rival pairing. Outside Korea, the pairing that I have chosen is not so popular compared to the rival ship. In Korea, it's total opposite. The rival pairing bashed us that the pairing we have chosen was awful and they said that their pairing would happen. It turned out that my bet went to canon. Fans of the rival pairing did:
 
1. They bashed and they cursed the writer and the producers. Some of them had threatened them via twitter, tumblr, and other social media sites.
 
2. They said that the writer and the producer ruined the story.
 
3. They denied the fact and tried twisting the facts.
 
4. They created a fanfic for their ship.
 
That day when the final episode of Reply 1994 was aired was a hell day for the rival pairing fans. Still the same.

Which one the pairing happen? Is that the female lead and young docter or someone else. So it's already finish?

I knew from the moment that Naruto transformed into Sasuke and complimented Sakura's forehead that there would be big changes in the pairing in the future   

 

I was right, That rotten, Ungrateful Sasuke left his teammates and that pushed Naruto and Sakura on the road to develop such a complex bond   

 

NS will always be close to my heart. There have been so many Nay-sayers, on Facebook, Constantly telling us NS fans that NH will happen. NS sucks and other stuff that would be considered retarded. I'll never give up hope. If NS doesn't happen, I'll just lose my respect for KIshi for throwing away nearly a decade of development

I don't know what Kishi wanted to imply with that half assed confession. We know it was half true, but Kishi keeps providing haters with ammo everytime he makes Sakura do something great.

Personally I think this was the most foolish thing she ever did giving the commotion it caused.

Correction: The most foolish thing she did was give into her fanbase. A writer doesn't write what his/her fans want to see. A writer writes what THEY want to see. That's why THEY'RE the AUTHOR! Fans don't like it? Sucks to be them.

 

As for the Naruto pairing wars...what's the point anymore? All the other fandoms are just going to whine and complain about how 'Hinata was so much more 'deserving' than Sakura was' when NS is confirmed in the end.

 

At this point, the other ships have sank. They got hit in the boiler room by two dozen torpedoes and had a nuke dropped on them after that.

NH: I shouldn't have to say anything regarding this. NH never existed. The only reason it's a thing is because of filler episodes and Periot being a big Hinata fanboy.

I have ship other pairing that have became canon like HaruxElie(Rave groove advanture) and some smaller ones,but never really shipped a  pairing with a fandom as big as Naruto.

 

This is probably the only pairing that I actively shipped hardcore. for a series like this.

Why are you so sure that Sasuke tried to kill Sakura last chapter? I and other people have said in the chapter thread that it doesn't look like it. So I'm wondering what makes people be so sure about this.

You can see here that Sasuke tried to attack Madara from the side. He tried to stab Madara but was stopped from the Rinbo. It doesn't make sense for him to purposefully attack Madara from Sakura's behind, when he can aim better from the side. The one behind Sakura is Naruto.

The next panel you can see Naruto rushing in and kicking Rinbo while grabbing Sakura. This goes to show that he was protecting Sakura from Rinbo, NOT Sasuke. Don't you also think that Naruto would have called Sasuke's bs IF he was going to slash Sakura to get through
Madara? But he didn't. He talks with Sasuke that the number of Rinbos increased, which further supports my claim that they were fighting multiple Rinbos.

Sakura thinking that Sasuke doesn't care about her is obvious if you see the difference of Sasuke and Naruto's reaction towards Sakura being stabbed by the rod.

You can see here that Sasuke tried to attack Madara from the side. He tried to stab Madara but was stopped from the Rinbo. It doesn't make sense for him to purposefully attack Madara from Sakura's behind, when he can aim better from the side. The one behind Sakura is Naruto.

lol That pairing is so obvious and yet is not popular? Even tough I didn't follow the series and it airing in my country this year.

Sasuke didn't want to kill sakura, he just want to kill madara by slashing him. Shame sasuke doesn't care if sakura getting caught in between.

So I guess we both have different views about the panel. I can understand that.

Then, I want to ask this:
1. Does it make sense to you that Sasuke would slash his way through Sakura when obviously slashing Madara from the side, clear from any obstacles, would have gotten the job done better? Sasuke doesn't have high moral standards, but he's not inefficient. He will chose the most efficient way to get the job done. He saw an opportunity and he took it.

2. Does Naruto's reactions make sense to you? Right after he saved Sakura, he resumed talking with Sasuke regarding the Rinbo. Naruto may consider Sasuke his best friend, but that doesn't mean he will excuse every actions his "best friend" will make like a love-sick puppy. If Sasuke tries to hurt his friends, he will be mad about it, not pretending like nothing happened.

I'm not trying to force my opinions or anything. If you disagree, then that's fine with me.

Probably the Cider fans (Nareki's rival pairing) have had watched episode 0/teaser episode and judging between Trash/Sseureki and Chilbongi's personalities, Chilbongi is better candidate, according to them. That's why Cider is more popular, and also Chilbongi's good-looking appearance. Some Nareki fans jumpshipped to Cider due to one episode. The shipping war on Soompi, Dramabeans, and other sites was intense, very similar to Naruto fandom.

 

I'm planning to re-watch 21 episodes.

I don't know when is this three times. Two times were in the five Kage arcs. When was the other one? Are you talking about the Sasuke retrieval arc in part two? I think it wasn't established whether he was trying to kill her or just hurt her.

When Naruto saved Sakura from Sasuke's murder attempt, he gave him the angry look and actually addressed the murder attempt. If you're so hell-bent on seeing this as yet another murder attempt, why doesn't Naruto address it like before? This chapter basically had the same setup like the kage summit murder attempt, so why wasn't it addressed? It would be ooc if Naruto didn't respond to his actions like last time.
