I wonder if Part 2 Sakura's love for Naruto is above Part 1 Sakura's love for Sasuke

I think Sakura love now have more value then fangirl love. Also they say that woman never stop loving but stronger  always win.

Except we see that part 1 Sakura stopped fangirling over him around the chunnin exams, somehow that fangirling mutated into actual love (according to Tsunade when Sasuke was in a coma Sakura apparently was visiting him everyday whetehr or not she would do that for Naruto I'm not sure)

I think that Sakura love didnt matured. When you consider promise between Naruto and Sakura. Motive why she pushed this promise on Naruto was because of her child love. After Naruto ended half dead in hospital with bandage Sakura did started to think more. For example that she put Naruto in danger and in part2 Sakura s determinate to work with Naruto to bring back Sasuke. I think that Sakura matured in same time her feelings for Naruto started to show up.

I think Sakura fell in love with 'Hero Sasuke', the one who always protected her from danger. Cause really, there are no hints that they ever spent time together outside of team practice and it's not like Sasuke is talkative. Sakura never knew and still does not know the real Sasuke, she is starting to see his outside persona and attitude, but we don't know what's really up with him. Although we do know that he is a selfish character, even Ksihi admitted it.

 

So I think Sakura's love for Naruto beats the hero love. Tsunade would probably have to force Sakura out of the hospital, if Naruto was seriously hurt and stuck there.

I agree that Sakura's love for Naruto is stronger now in part 2 than what she felt for Sasuke in part 1, because it was 'child or hero love' which is not real love (the part 1 love is the child/hero love I mean).

 

Sakura and Kushina are my two favorite female characters as well, and it is not just because of the parallels, but because they know how to keep their men (Naruto and Minato) in line, and aren't afraid to do so.

But Sasuke wasn't her hero because he didn't had the privilege of only him saving her there were also Naruto who saved her many times and Lee  , if anything i would say Naruto was her hero not because of "saving" her but because when Sakura truly needed someone Naruto was always there for her to comfort her , support her , give her hope , make her smile , inspire her  imo this is what makes a true woman's hero . The reason why she liked Sasuke is simple and i think you don't need to go looking further then RTN  its because she had a false image of him she thought he was this cool love caring shy guy that understands her but failed to see the darkness inside him and i have said this a couple of times Chapter 3 proves this to me when Naruto transformed into Sasuke but now she finally sees him for who he really is and that image is broken since he's not a "great" guy like she thought . Just giving my 2 cents on this subject .

In part 1  Sasuke was her main focus. Naruto for her was close friend that time,everything changed after timeskip to part 2

Whether or not Sakura loved Sasuke more than she loves Naruto isn't really all that complicated if you look underneath the underneath and don't read too much into Sakura's confession to Sasuke (which was 60% desperation). As much as I hate SS, I actually enjoy analyzing it and comparing it to NaruSaku to see the remarkable differences in the ships. NS/SS are kind of like foils to each other. They're incredibly different in most ways, but there are tiny parallels that tell you Sakura really did fall in love with them both at some point in her life.

 

IMO, no matter ship you believe in, Sasuke and Naruto represent different aspects of her maturity during certain times in her lives. SS fans argue what they will, but Sakura's love for Sasuke was a phase and product of her naivety/immaturity. It will always be an important part in her life because Sasuke was tied so deeply in her character and it's relationship (from her POV) had it's own merits, but Naruto represents Sakura's maturity, her emerging selflessness, and her adulthood.  

 

With SS, it's too easy to say she loved him more than she loves Naruto for a large part of the fandom. All they see is Sakura getting so hurt by Sasuke, always demanding his attention, and her confession saying she could make him happy and do anything for him. All she wanted was to be with him, she was willing to leave the village. They don't pay attention too much else and just say "SAKURA LUBS SASUKE SO MUCH". They focus so much on her feelings about Sasuke that it's hard for them to see her love for Naruto is deeper. She always thought about Sasuke's acknowledgment so why wouldn't they?

 

I don't consider Sakura's love for Sasuke as stronger and the above is why. Sakura thought a lot about Sasuke, but it really just showed how selfish Sakura was with him. She didn't really care about what Sasuke wanted as much as she cared about what she wanted from him. It was always her, her, her. Sakura's confession was sad, but it confirmed how selfish it really was. Believing she could give him happiness?  Sasuke's feelings never came into the equation. Her love for SS was bad for her not just because he never gave her the time of day, but it turned her into a selfish girl. That's one of the reasons I believe SS isn't true love and never has been. Like I said, her love was Sasuke will always be important because he was her first love and it was a stage in her life. That stage was immaturity, selfishness, and idealistic love that she eventually grows out of just like she was always meant to. The SSers can deny all they like, but it's true.

 

Even the 676 kind of loosely makes this point. Sakura tells Naruto she's fine after she's getting stabbed and doesn't complain because she doesn't want him to worry, but with Sasuke it was about her feelings again and she was upset he didn't worry or even care at all. Understandably of course, but still a point.

 

NaruSaku comes into play because her relationship with him helped her mature and be this great woman she is now. Almost everything bad with SS for the sake of Sakura's character is improved by NS. Instead of always focusing on her feelings and how much she would want Naruto to "acknowledge her" like she did with Sasuke, Sakura never spares a thought to herself when it comes to him. She lies to spare his feelings, she keeps secrets to spare his feelings, she was willing to kill Sasuke and give up on him for Naruto's feelings/safety for no matter what she felt. Sakura was never particularly selfless with Sasuke or anyone when she was younger, but look at her now. Sakura would never claim she could make Naruto happy so desperately like she did for Sasuke even if for Naruto's case, it would be true. She doesn't think she's entitled to Naruto or deserves him. In fact, I'm sure Sakura would say she's the last person who does just because her love for Sasuke hurt just his feelings in the past.

 

The differences between SS/NS is amazing, but one thing that's the same is that Sakura's incredible urge to make things easier for Sasuke and Naruto because of all the crap they've been through in their life. I've said it before, but I think Sakura's a sucker for boys with burdens/tragic pasts and that was at least 70% of the reason she fell for Sasuke; it was love born of sympathy after the Chunin Exams Arc. I seriously believe Sakura's the type that when she sees troubled boys, she gets really affected and wants to "fix" them. With Naruto, this same factor contributed right around the Rescue Gaara Arc but unlike with SS, Sakura had many reasons to fall for him instead of just sympathy.

 

Long story short, Sakura loves Naruto more than she ever loved Sasuke. They actually have a connection, she doesn't love an image like she did with Sasuke, she doesn't want Naruto to ever be anyone else, but what really comes down to it's how Sakura always thinks of Naruto before herself no matter what. Selfless love is more deeper and real to me than selfish love.

I've never lost hope in NS and it's the first anime couple that i've ever been interested in. Only after i started liking NS did i start paying attention to Romance in manga and anime 

 

Like somebody said before, I'd rather sink with my ship rather than abandon it. NS has way too much development and too much emotion invested in it to not happen

I accidentally made the mistake of watching the review video of this guy Sawyer7 something, Man the guy raged on Sakura like she was the plague. Does anyone know other youtube reviewers that aren't total Bigotted, Sakura hating douchebags ??

Well i dont know review that not hating Sakura because of her moves espiecially now that most of them suggest NS. When you look on mangafox you will understand that something like 90% of posters there are NH-SS people mostly biased.

People think I hate Sakura, but in all honesty I don’t. I just think Kishi could handle her character better. The jokes I make about her are mostly based on that. Then again, I try to make fun of everyone. The difference in power between Sakura and the other members of team seven is pretty noticeable though. It doesn’t mean that she’s useless or that she hasn’t done epic things, just that as an established member of the main cast, she’s still lacking behind what Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi have done for the plot and the visual aspect of the story, but that’s not really the character’s fault. Its just that people have a tendency to compare things that are shown in the same light. People are gonna hate on what they wanna hate, try not to let it bother you so much. If you like a character, you like them, kitten whatever anyone else says (Including me).
