The name of the myterious kid is ミツキ (Mitsuki)

 

 

多くの事が謎に包まれており、ミステリアスな存在。目の周りが少し涼しげな少年 だ。

Many things about him are shrouded in mystery, and he has a mysterious existence. He's a boy who's a little cool-looking to those around him.

少し長めの白髪には、パーマがかかっている。

His slightly long white hair is in the form of a perm.

Honestly , it is hilarious . An Uchiha with active sharingan needing glasses is the kind of joke I'd expect from  a parody like Rock Lee;s springtime of youth .

Kishi and Oda have been known friends for a long time. I doubt either would care about the content of the others manga or what they chose to do with it. You don't just disown your friends because he's bad at his job.

Even if Oda wanted to talk about how kitten Kishi's series is, I highly that doubt they would publish it and Sell it at a Naruto Exhibit, you know 

 

Also, when Oda was saying that Naruto is more popular in Foreign Countries (which is mostly True)... He probably didn't want to hurt Kishi's feelings by saying that Manga outside of JP barely even sell, so it's a pointless victory in that sense
