Three possibilities.

a. fan service

b. Bandai Namco are probably NH supporters like Pierot.

c. They were probably been sarcastic and putting the title will probably give the game more sales (highly I doubt its this choice).

But there's a problem:

There were hardly any NaruHina focus at all. As I said before, the confession scene was cutted off by half (Hinata stopped at "Because I...") because it was part of the Naruto Vs. Pain fight. Meanwhile, we had a bunch of NaruSaku scenes and even a friendship scene for Sakura and Hinata together chipping in for Naruto's lunch. And I do believe the "Secret Lovers" boost is somewhat not as powerful to use than the rest of the team's effects.

point taken, But right now I feel that we need a new NS moment in the manga.

It may not have been to long ago when we met kushina mind you and we might have had some parallel with the ame orphans, but we need some more connection between naruto and sakura directly in a positive way.

Definately 'c.' I don't imagine a corporation cares one way or the other about some pairing in Naruto.

actually... a bit of a correction here: There are noone who cares about pairing popularity than the companies making the franchises (games, anime, etc), why? because they sells. Doesn't mean that Kishi cares about it though.

Kishi doesn't care about the pairings only the main pairing he has been developig since he started writting his manga I wonder what that pairing is?

I agree that there probably won't be much time for romance during the war, but how is narusaku supposed to happen without any new moments? I don't think all the issues between them have been solved.

It isnt over till its over. We dont know if this is the last arc yet kish said he wanted to keep going for awile.

Best bet this is going to be the longest ARC of the manga there is more than plenty of time for NS.

I don't think that you have to wait for the end of the war to see some NaruSaku developpement. Kishimoto said in his interview that he'll write a lot of Sakura. He also said that he will change her attitude against Naruto, that she'll be more nicer than usual, etc...He also said that she will be more like an heroine. So I don't think you have to wait for NaruSaku developpement, because it will come very soon, there is no doubt about it.

And don't forget it's war, there are times when you take breaks, etc...it isn't always non stop battles! I think there will be an interesting conversation between Sakura and Naruto, they both have to settle things, especially Sakura and her unknown feelings for him. She has to realise them soon so she can give a positive answer when Naruto will do his confession. (I think it will happen when he wil lsave Sasuke, if you look at Sai flashback, he doesn't want to until he save Sasuke)

There's a difference, Kishimoto developed Naruto and Sasuke's plot seperately, and tried to draw parallels between them. His moves don't really develop their relationship any deeper, as the first base of any relationship is mutuality, not predestined similarity

SasuNaru relationship stays at it was in part 1, which was on equal ground with both NaruSaku and SasuSaku at that moment. Eventually, I never paid attention to pairing in part 1.

Part 2 makes the cut for NaruSaku, where their friendship started to deepen. They are the closest to be romantically involved, ie. more commited, more trust, more concerned, an upgrade from their friendship. Surely, SasuNaru, NaruHina or even SasuSaku can still become cannon, but to do so it would require a major investment to really convince us that such relationshp would go somewhere. Honestly I see more chance of NaruSai than those 3.
