I feel so tempted to track down the RAWs of Chapter 151 and over, but they're so hard to find. Ah well, I'll just have to wait.

Waiting for Part 2 of Naruto isn't going to be too hard, with Bleach anime/manga, NaruSaku fanfics, the Naruto anime and of course this board.

Southern Comfort? Bourbon or whiskey? I forgot, bourbon I like, whiskey can go either way. Vodka, it doesn't burn for me, I drink it gladly like I drink water quite literally. Straight up, no chaser, preferably no flavor. Ugh, my friend brought her Straberry twist Smirnoff, and it just tastes like rubber, with a rubber after taste.

But yes, lately I've had the urge for good ol' Captain Morgan! Smells like Cream Soda, goes down nice and warm, no burn but plenty of good ol' YAARRRR!!!

Captain Morgan is an excellant spiced rum, aged nicely and goes well in most of the drinks you would use rum for. I prefer a darker rum myself, but god knows we all need a bit of Captain now and then. How can you consider yourself a true badass if you've never been a swashbuckling pirate with a cutlass shoved in the belt of your jaunty pantaloons?

Geno, I can only agree with what you said. Southern Comfort is my favourite alcoholic drink (on one of the rare occasions I drink). I try to encourage others to try it, but only a few of my friends will drink it - WATERED down with lemonade! Lily-livered pansies, all of them. Whereas I usually have a double, sometimes with ice, sometimes without.

I've only drunk one whiskey, and it was an experience to forget. I don't know what the label was, but I had a shot at a bar - and it BURNT! There was no smoothness to it, it just mercilessly assaulted my taste buds, scorching them to the ground. It turned out to be some cheap label. Needless to say, that has put me off trying any more whiskey.

Well, life is starting to return to some degree of normality now that the festive season is firmly over and my work shifts are settling back down. Thank god for that. It was a pain being too sleepy to write before work, then being too exhausted to write AFTER work!

I would have brought my laptop to work so I could write during my hour break, but I would never hear the end of it if I was caught writing a romance by one of the lads.

Alright dude: We've got the Perfect Bourbon Manhattan.
Take Bourbon (Southern Comfort will do in this instance), Sweet Vermouth, Dry Vermouth and a dash of cherry juice.
Mix in these proportions:
3 Parts Bourbon
1 Part Dry Vermouth
1 Part Sweet Vermouth

Stir in a mixing can full of ice, then strain it into a chilled glass. Add a maraschino cherry and you're golden. Ta Da! A Perfect Bourbon Manhattan.

Southern Comfort Story:
My friend Dave (the one of D&D fame) and I decided that we were hardcore one evening and we thought it would be cool to play a drinking game with shots of Southern Comfort.
So we chose a movie and made up a few rules and went at it.
The Rules were:
-Take a shot whenever you see Sunglasses.
-Take a shot whenever a telephone rings.
-Take a shot whenever a gun is drawn.
Now, realize that we were watching The Matrix, so we had to add a final rule:
-Continuous drinking during bullet time.

This is the Matrix. After the first fight scene, we decided that we simply couldn't handle it anymore and my insides tried to curl up and die. The moral of this story: Don't choose rules based on the three premises of a movie. Choose eccentric things that don't happen too frequently, and you'll make it through the movie alive.

Damn those lads, Smiter! Do what ever it is that you want to do with your life, even if it is writing Romance on your lunch break! (You get a whole hour? Damn you're a lucky one.) And drink Crown Royal! That's a Whiskey to remember! (It's also the only whiskey produced in North America with express Scottish Consent to be spelled with the 'e.' Only Scotch Whiskeys are allowed to be spelled like that. The more you know...)

And if you drink scotch, Johnny Walker is the way to go! Or if you like Single Malt, you can't go wrong with McCallahan!
