Im hoping she might finally get to use the genjutsu ability that was mentioned long long time ago and she definitely needs to have big panel fight scenes that lasts long without naruto and sasuke trying to save this time. I want her to stand on her own.

 

 

The bolded: I very much agree. I don't know what Sakura would be able to do in this fight, I just hope for something -- some utilization of her genjutsu ability, slug sage mode, releasing the Byakugou -- whatever. I am none too picky at this point. I just have this strong desire and anticipation to see Sakura get some individual attention where her feelings for Naruto and Sasuke have no bearing. I want it more than I currently want NaruSaku to be canon. 

 

I don't see Sakura purely through NaruSaku colored lenses, or see her as just one half of my preferred pairing and I believe there is more to her character than the romance subplot, if she'd only get the deserved focus from the author. But as of late and especially after the last chapter, it seems all people want to talk about is "NS vs. SS" and whether Sakura not loving Naruto yet or possibly still having residual romantic feelings for Sasuke is a detriment to her character; like the sum of her worth is based on who she has feelings for. It's disappointing to say the least.

 

Yeah, sure, Kishi dragging things out the way he has with Sakura's tug of war between Naruto and Sasuke is a suspension of disbelief at some times, but I understand why he does it. And I strongly suspect, despite what many have said about SS and NH being officially "dead", that he will keep finding ways to drag it out until he's good and ready to 'reveal' NaruSaku as the canon pairing.

 

 

As for the pairing drama has officially been taken way too far by some. I feel sorry for the translators megi and ramennatsu. 

 

I know, I don't recall ever seeing people make such an issue over translations.

I'm not expecting any pairing moments next chapter and I'm not sure I even want them. Love NaruSaku and everything, but the shipping wars are too intense right now after 675 and it would be nice to have some normal fighting/Team 7 teamwork to take our minds off all this arguing.

 

I love debating ships, but at this point even I'm saying the pairing wars going on currently are BS. It hasn't been this bad since 663.

Trust me pairing wars at this point are no where close to hat they were 3 and worst 6 years ago.
When I joined the forums I thought pairing wars were crazy but I being told that they were even worse.
If you say that there are a lot more troll that will even jump to the rivals fandom side to spread crap then I believe you.

Trap her like Garra maybe but stabbing/killing her is out of the question there is no point in doing that when her seal is still active plus Naruto is there to refill her chakra if he already hasn't done that .  But i do expect for Sasuke to be jelly of Naruto at the end of the war , heck he was jelly of him even this chapter when he was explaining his power to Sakura and Sasuke didn't want to hear that that's why he interrupted him and he was also jelly of him when Naruto went KSM ,  I say third time is a charm and a stab to the back lol .

That's what I mean, instead getting trap she get a stab. It's for dramatic purpose. Her seal will gone one way or another. Don't forget that obito will get his eye back thus allow him to call susanoo and perform starwars episode six.
Sakura getting stab because:
- she pissed off madara
- madara do it for lulz
- she protect naruto.
And that's my friend is where madara downfall begin.
The one who beat madara is naruto(thus make sasuke jelly) and the one who finish off madara is obito(since this's a shonen)

I wasn't part of the fandom back then so I can't really say how bad they were, but I do know I'm tired of all these bashing and arguments between the SS vs. NS fans. I even made a post on tumblr about it that we should respect each other's different beliefs and get along. I made a comment that I believed SS was dead, but that didn't mean I was right. Then I was called a NS troll and they attacked me for just saying I thought SS was dead when that wasn't even the point of my post. I was just trying to calm everyone the hell down and then people took it the wrong way.

 

Maybe I shouldn't have included the 'dead' part, but that's because I honestly expected more from SS fans and they'd see that me saying that didn't mean I was attacking them personally or bashing their beliefs. I was shocked at the sensitivity, especially since I wasn't even saying I was right.

 

There is some serious anger in the SasuSaku fandom rn. You can't even reason with most of them. I seriously hope there's no pairing moments in 676. We need a break from all of this.

Worse than now? Even 2012? That's insane. I guess I came in the right time. Oddly enough, I was in NF a while back and review every new chapters. Wouldn't you know it, I was reviewing when Hinata's confession was made. I probably overlook it, so I really didn't know. All I remember is so many people got pissed when 450 happened.

Pairing wars nowadays are pretty relaxed compared to the dark times, hell I welcome more pairing moments so what if it stirs up some more jimmies? Sucks for them not us.

Well it just a theory. It can happen or not, beside when was the last time sakura getting hurt in front of naruto. It's kind of weird considering kishi love to stab his characters.

Just wanted to point out the 'significance' of the CPR scene in comparison to other shounen romance mangas.

I like how other pairing fans say that the CPR means nothing, that it's not a kiss etc.

But it is pretty significant in my opinion.

 

Recently there was a CPR scene in the manga Fuuka, which is a sequel of Suzuka.

For those that don't know, Suzuka and Kimi No Iru Machi, are both very popular shounen romance mangas done by Seo Kouji.

He is a shounen mangaka who specializes in romance stories, i suggest you guys go check his works out, they're great (esp Suzuka).

I hope that Naruto and Sakura would have this kind of conversation in the end of the series LOL.

Was it Sakura's first kiss too?

CPR is most definitely a tease/warmup. Just happy that they can show it in visual. Always assume that it can't be shown.

Hoho, it wouldn't be that out there if Sakura has some kind of similar reaction later on if Kishi ever cares to reference the CPR again.

 

That surely was Sakura's first kiss, not Naruto's though.

Problem is there was nobody there that could bring it up except for Gaara...and I don't really see him kickstarting up a comedic shipping moment.
