Kikitten's Plot Twist : The Salad turns to be indeed Sakura's daughter but its not the daughter of the real Sasuke but the Clone one from the Sakura Hiden Novel , The clone had bad eyesight so that's why she wears glasses . Sakura couldn't wait 13 years for  the real Sasuke so she satisfied with his wannabe clone .

I'm 50/50 on it. Kishimoto likes to troll but he also hates Sakura. So there's a good chance she might lose her SS baby.

In design she's 100% Karin's kid there is nothing of Sakura in there , Kikitten shoot himself in the foot with this chapter and confirmed it LOL . As for real I'll go 50/50 maybe lean even more toward Karin bc you never know with him bc he's a sick twisted bastard .

I wanted Sakura to realize her true feelings for Naruto , to realize that she never "really loved" the real Sasuke but an image she created of him . I wanted NS bc the manga seemed to supported it and it had every element written to be canon bc I thought thematically fits in the story bc it was foreshadowed . I wanted both NS to have a wonderful family surpassing MK bc it fit in the whole surpassing generation theme  but also have their own careers  Naruto Hokage changing the system bringing peace , and Sakura  the top medic bringing revolution in the Medical department  and being Naruto's right hand  like she promised , Bc all of it was kittening foreshadowed sign .
 
SS logic : Sakura must get that Uchiha "D" or she has no reason to live her character is pointless SS true love  .
 
To bad Kikitten had to go for the  "green cocaine" and lost all of his braincells .

I don't know if there were any other Uchia half-breeds shown in the manga,  but can one like Salad even unlock the sharingan ?
If yes, I would imagine she would still need to go through some traumatic experience and lose "love" to be able to unlock it and it seems Kishi is planning on using Sakura to make that happen .

SS is the Truest Love above all loves and has the most beautiful development and marriage ever , Sasuke is the perfect husbando  and most caring father in the world ( he plays 13 years hide & seek with his kid no other great dad does that  ) Sakura is the most happiest housewife to walk among the earth with with her fake kid  Her happiness is just oozing trough her when she's dusting the house and washing the laundry bc Sasky Kwoon gives her all the space and time she wants for doing her daily chores bc he's so considerate of her needs  . SS FTW Kuyyyaaaaa !!!    .

Before the release of the last, I thought she was Karin's daughter (plus that it was all an IT etc...) 

But now, I'm 10000% sure that she's Sakura's daughter, and it was Kishi's plan to draw Sarada like this, just to add some drama to the story. He's trolling.

Hahahahah they were soooo blinded by all their canon kitten,  they couldn't see how terrible kishi is as a writer ! That won't last long, they're return to their old selves when Kishi's gonna serve them some SS moments.

Eh, just because she's in a Yukata doesn't equal married to me...also she forged a picture of her and Sasuke together for...12 years who the hell knows about those other pictures  (its a bit creepy tbh when you think about it.)

The best thing that could happen to Sakura at this moment

would be for her to die, if only to spare her a grain of dignity. 

I'm looking at the page now. There are three photos the team 7 photo, a wedding photo where we only see Sakura in a Yukata, and the pictures of the family . Here my guess on the story. Sasuke and Karin married and were having a baby. Karin died during labor. Because she died Sasuke didn't want to stay in the village anymore and wanted to leave even if it meant either abandoning his daughter or taking a newborn with him. Sakura who was the medic on call during the labor felt guilty and offered to adopted the child and the child as her own. Sasuke wanted his daughter to be raise an Uchiha not a Haruno. So he and Sakura had a quick wedding so Sakura could take on his family name and wear his family create and raise his daughter as an Uchiha. After he left Sakura felt she need a family picture group(forgetting what it's called) but didn't have anymore pictures of Sasuke, but then she found Karin's team taka photo. So for what ever reason she did what she did and put her picture in front of Karin and two baby pictures in front of Suigutsu.

Technically the Title is Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage so this story should in theory be about how Naruto is as the Hokage. Not "who is my real mommy" with Salad.

Well I guess this is SS fandom's payback for bashing the crap out of Karin.  This is like the cruelest revenge, nothing worse could've happened to the pairing and they all completely deserve it.
