Nope. Some scenes were brought into the manga, but overall it diverges from the manga. And with today's episode, I don't think an adaptation with :re would be possible...

Ishida...if this means what I think it means...I will love you forever lol I got the order for Kara No Kyoukai, its movie 2, 4, 3, 1, 6 (not really its 5 but this one doesn't really count much) 5 (this one is very important plus a character who shows up in Fate Zero is in it) 7 and Mirai Fukuin (this one is a prequel and epilogue) btw pay attention to movie 2, it will connect with 7 the most and after the credits of every movie, there are extra scenes important to the story

Ah, c'me on! This manga is the definition of a tragedy (of course there are worse ones out there). I'd be beyond sad, too, but it won't necessarily be a bad moment. Maybe it is actually a well-written scene. Think about it: If this really does happen, another more truthful adaption might be possible in the future.
