It's seriously a good thing that i've already put many complete NS fics in my favourite list on FFN *sigh*. I'm going unto a NS binge the next two days...

As can I. When you discover that the author whom you have supported and followed so attentively for years admits that the aspects of the story written that you loved were just poorly situated smoke and mirrors intended to give false hope so you could continue reading, you can't help but feel some measure of disappointment, even resentment for being manipulated so harshly. But I would prefer we direct our anger towards Kishi himself instead of Naruto because he's the one orchestrating these turns of events behind the scenes.

I really don't think it's his poor writing skills, he just plain lied and sell out for me. I mean I can believe someone would have put all those foreshadow and build such a relationship just to do a false hope and make his reader believe that those two were meant for each other, just to throw it all of the window intentionally. No one is that stupid to plan this and hope to continue the story afterward.

 

I ship NS because yeah, they were looking good together and it would have been my dream pairing even if they weren't develop. Problem is I ship them too because I ship for the story. It's clear that something went wrong, but I believe that he lied when he say NH were his intention for a long time. You were too late and you need an asspull movie to make it happen. He throwing is credibility as an author IMO, because you should follow your own story. You cannot make all main character appear OOC as hell by the last 2 chapters. This is the same guy who want to wrote romance, after destroying the romance plot beyond repair.

That's because you're only reading the first thread. Besides there's too many comments there's no way you can count the ratio with a brief look. Even a Japanese like myself can't look at all the comments. There's simply too much. Each thread have different topics people are wanting to discuss about. For example, the third thread people are talking about how Naruto's VA is upset with the movie.

I believe it's safe to say that any comment holding references to Kakashi, Sasuke, or "scarecrow" (for those of us who are obliged to use Google Translate in order to understand the context) will involve a criticism about Pierrot's misuse of them in promotional material just so they could make an easy dollar off impressionable, optimistic fans.

Don't get me wrong. I have no doubt that many comments, tangents, and topics dedicated to grievances of a deeper and more serious nature exist. It's just that they appear to be overshadowed somewhat by the casual fans who were looking forward to action and NaruSau dynamics instead of this B-rate chronicle of how the uninspiring, formerly irrelevant underdog side-character known as Hinata achieved her single-minded obsession at the expense of the manga, the characters, and the author's reputation.

You mean if you pre-order the ticket and you want to cancel, there is no refund? OH kitten, if this is the case, I feel really bad for those who pre-order it, especially when you look at the first promo, before it was reveal to be Hinata, the movie. Poor soul.

 

Though those plan showing the theater, didn't show too much seat taken. did the pre-order wok that well?

Oh, there's no question that Kishi is reciting a party line for the sake of the film and the future spin-off. My comment was only meant to indulge in the newly behind-the-scenes "insight" into his writing methods.

Off the record, the theory that I'm remaining by to explain this horrible twist is that he either succumbed or was forced into a pact with the executives/publishers/Pierrot for the sake of future licensing of the series with a concept that they believed would be more appealing to readers and viewers than what Kishi's original vision might have been.

I agree with the people complaining about the lack of Kakashi and Sasuke. They're the MCs too god damn it and they got sidelined by Hinata-sama and her single minded love. Seriously this is  kitten LOL.

is all based on a rivalry. Where is the logic in this? Fine so emotionals aren't always logical, where is the catalyst for these feelings? If he gave up then why give us 631, Databook 4 and the CPR? If she never loved him than why the "Honest" confession, the Naruto is close to her heart, and the moments where Sakura showed romantic feelings for him A.K.A. the intro of part 2 where she thought he looked handsome and blushed, yamato, the feeding scene, the hug, the jealousy whenever she noticed Hinata's feelings?
