I hope mangastream picking it up doesn't lead to Casanova dropping it, we all know from past experience how um....conflicting their translation can be, we usually had to read theirs and Mangapanda's versions to get a good idea of what was actually being said. Plus CN have been translating this since the beginning before the anime made it popular.
Well the chapter was underwhelming, just continued from last weeks dispair, and again proved how much of a hypocrite Azami is. This really is not a place to become a true masterchef, it's a place to become a employee of a chain of restaurant that like all their branches to have a standard taste. Who would want to hire a chef when his style of cooking is exactly the same as the other few hundred chefs that graduated from the school? The only reason one restaurant can stand above the rest is if they have standards and taste that the places around them can't match. if it's possible to hire a chef with the exact same skills, non of them are special and you are better off just getting a ready meal, they all taste the same as well.
Edit: In case anyone hasn't picked up on it, this arc just pisses me off more and more each chapter, a month ago I thought the manga finally could take the place of the two vacant positions of the big three, but it appears I was wrong.

Why are villains always the problem !? . Why is it so hard to make their plans or events to have some real sense !?
.
I don't know why this Azami fraction is supported so much by judges and all the other little sheets when with this plan they're making Tootsuki Academy nothing more but a mediocre cooking school *sigh* . Tootsuki is about creating elite chefs the best of the best that's why the % of graduating is so low not everyone is cut out for it , if all those cowards only want not to get expelled instead of busting their but with hard work and progress then they should have gone to the other cooking schools bc they aren't learning anything new with just copy pasting elite dishes *sigh* . Seriously this plot makes less and less sense as it goes , she shouldn't get any support for this , much less from those shiity judges and I still don't understand just wtf those Elite 6 brats where thinking .
P.S. Soma please punch Eizan in the face with a brick wall and wipe out that shiity evil smirk of his face , shove those glasses straight into his blind eyes so he can gain a better perspective .

Also, I wanted to say that I don't think anything is illogical, this is a anime/manga, something you won't like is bound to happen even if its a whole arc, doesn't mean that it's necessarily bad. I feel that it's fast paced compared to most arc and has a lot of facial expressions like GH said but that's all I got a problem with.

Judging the way it's going, it does feel like Azami is the final boss and this arc is like going slowly to go against each of the Elite Ten and the main problem as of now is keeping the dorm alive. It's not like they went straight against Azami, rather I'm assuming going step by step. It's my guess.Soooo I will talk about the chapter...I liked it and seeing Soma getting pissed was nice to see, I'll be honest and say that I want Erina to go against Eizan because at least with her, the match will be fair since she's well respected plus it looks like she wants to do something to help

Yeah my only issue is that they completely moot pointed shokugeki competitions, which is a major theme of the series. the other things like Azami making every student basically a clone of the other is not enjoyable but I understand it represents his twisted ideology. Over all I do like the story progression but some of the flaws of the story were just being pointed out, And it may seem like I am being negative about it but It's not that I don't like the story currently so. And the fact that the moon Offering Festival arc had to be cut short for this.

I winder where's Ishiki senpai in all of this !? He wasn't even shown even in this chapter with everyone's sad reaction . You would think he would strongly protest about PSD being disbanded , considering that he already shown how much he cares about PSD and all of its members, not to mention his feud with
Aizen2 I mean Eizan but he's nowhere to be seen in this . I wonder what's going on with him !?

Yeah , I mean its obvious that he's plotting something its just that it would make no sense to be against PSD and the guys , so I'm pretty sure he's running some covert operation to stop Azami's plan .
Btw how much info do we have on Nene the 6th Elite seat !? She didn't vote for Azami too right !? .

Well we don't know how the voting exactly go , but I made a mistake its not Nene the 6th seat that didn't vote (she voted for Azami) but the 3rd seat Tousuke Megishima I think his specialty was Ramen !? .

She got the centre pic so definitely voted for the new regime.
Edit: looking at the page and knowing what's happened, Rindou's words once again confuse me...what's so exciting about this new system? It's so boring that if it continues it will probably lose readers.

Me neither. Thy must have their reasons. Eizan pretty much matched it, so that can't be the same for everyone. It's obviously sets up for character reveal.

Yeah I know I clarified it in my post above you . It was the 3rd seat that didn't vote .
Who knows maybe she's one of those types that just enjoys seeing chaos so she finds that exciting , I don't know really some things makes no sense to me so I'll wait for the clarification .

That's the problem though the new regime seems to frown on any type of chaos. Infact I'd say Rindou is the antithesis of what the new regime represent. Even the number one's vote is confusing now, he runs solo, to a point he did all the cooking and preparing himself as he was worried about everything not being perfect. He's also always complaining about the extra work he had to do because of the three way final...this guy does not seem like the person who would vote for a regime that would excrease his workload by teaching others his methods of cooking...he seems so neurotic that he'd probably end up doing all the students work for them as he wouldn't trust them to meet his standards.
Eizen makes sense, he's a oppotunetest, so he could see the profitability of having no competition and ready flow of clones grauduating to cook his style of food that he could employ everywhere. Even number six Nene seems to be a shewed person almost like an accountant so she'd she efficiency in having multiple cooks to the same standard, number five we know nothing about, though he appears to be like a samurai so seems odd he'd betray his master, and number four seems gullible, maybe she's too soft and was persuaded by the 'nobody gets expelled argument.' But we don't know anything about them to really argue one way or another.

Yeah Exactly !!! I was shocked when I saw Tsukasa's name there it didn't make sense to me considering his behavior as you kindly put it out , but still one thing remains and that's to see what their motives are for their decision bc its obvious its not about the future and good of Tootsuki so far it seems like its personal and for selfish reasons only for their benefit , maybe to get even more respect and credit then they "deserve" with their dishes being part of the new study and group making their print in the academy bc clearly just being an Elite 10 is not enough for them .
Agree with this as well . Numb 4 (Momo I think was her name !?) by appearance seems like a mellow/soft person by carrying that teddy bear of hers nonstop like a child , thought her personality could be feisty one like firecracker LOL XD . Number 5 (Saito) to me he looks more like a Yakuza with that haircut and his appearance then a Samurai LOL XD .

Spoilers are out, well the chapters Raws are out, Rindou is back, I wonder if the Souma has a plan or if it will be upto Rindou and others to bail him out to get a fair match? But most importantly we get to see the rare sight of Smoker-guys eyes this chapter, (I'm surprised he didn't get kicked out for having such a messy mop. Damnit Rindou, should hate you for your actions but she's so amusing that it's hard to not like her.
