I hate to say it guys, but I believe if Naruto and Sakura did kiss now, it would be off panel or towards the end of Naruto when the series is finally finished.

Agree with you there. You have to admit though, toasty has a point. If they would have kissed, we would of been told about it.

Why would Kishi let them kiss off-panel isn't that a bit of a stretch?

I mean that's a major development point, so I think or they kiss on panel or they haven't kissed yet...

Back on topic they could probably kiss after war. Scienario is not good but here's my attempt at one.

Sakura is sitting on the bench, the same one when the kiss almost occured with Sasuke/Naruto the first time. She's thinking of all she has been through (with Sasuke being back) and can't help but thinking of him. She thinks of Naruto and the same thought of "You have a charming forehead, I want to kiss it" comes out of his mouth. She of course blushes like crazy.

Naruto of course sees her and decides to talk to her. They talk about eveything that goes on, and he slips up with the secret. He begins to think about it and tells her:

Naruto: Do you remember when we were in Team 7 the first time?

Sakura: Why do you ask?

Naruto:I was curious (blush shows)

Sakura: tell me.

Naruto (silence)

Sakura: Naruto, tell me (raises fist)

Naruto: what happened after you left class?

Sakura:What does that have to do with anything?

Naruto: Just tell me. please.

Sakura: I was upset about trying get Sasuke. I was in thought of Sasuke would say about my (blushes before continuing) my forehead.

Naruto: ?

Sakura: I wished he would have said...

Both: "You have such a charming forehead.I want to kiss it"

Naurto: (looks away from Sakura embarased)

Sakura: Naruto.

Sakura: Naruto

Naruto (Silence)

Sakura: What the hell was that for?

Naruto: I have ever since we were kids. I enjoyed talking with you and spending time with you. All I wanted to get to know. When I was Sasuke, I wanted to know how you felt. When I heard you said I was annoying I wanted to leave, but I stayed. When you said, "He doesn't understand me" you were wrong!

I know what that's like. To bullied and teased. To feel different. but, it's okay. When we were kids I wanted to talk with you but you were friends with Ino. I knew that if I went to speak with you, I would have been teased, but I didn't care.

Sakura: N-Naruto

Naruto: I was watching (begins to cry) I was watching when you to talked to Ino. Before you went to her, you smiled at me. I felt happy. I was about leave the swing, and go toward you, when I heard you say, "Guess who I like." I was jumping for joy but I heard Ino say it was Sasuke.

Sakura (tears fall down her face)

Naruto: I was happy, until that moment. I continued sitting waiting for you talk to me. The next day I went to see you, but you said, "Go away. Leave me alone." I was hurt. (tears fall down as well) I thought why were avoiding me? They talked you into it. You fell with the in crowd! Whatever excuse it is, I want to know why. I was upset the entire day. I had cried on the swing like a little baby waiting for you back.

Sakura (still in silence)

Naruto: Now that Sasuke's back, you can have him! Run to your precious Sasuke! He means the world to...

SLAP

Sakura:Baka (Tears streaming down) Baka Naruto baka.

Naruto: Sakura

I was stupid. I tried to stop you when you hit me. After Capitan Yamato stopped you, I healed you, I tried to healed you. Baka you had to wake up.

Naruto: What do you mean?

Sakura: He said, "It didn't matter about the small big things, as long you knew. Sakura I know how you look at him You l.."

That was when you woke. I Knew what he was going to say anyway. It was several months later when we were in Iron country.

Naruto: What does that how do to with?

Sakura: Listen! That was when I knew. I knew what you would always do for me so I told you. Naruto I meant I what I said. I did...no I do. I love you, Naruto.

Naruto: S-Sakura

Sakura: Naruto no baka. I meant it. (Blushing) Yes, I fell with the in crowd then. But it was you. Naruto when I told Ino, "Guess who I like" I was going to say that it was you. (blush covers both cheeks) I was surprised when Ino brought up Sasukes name. I did not want to be hated, so I went along with it. Naruto, I hated doing that. I hated it! (Tears streaming down) I hated not telling you until now, but I said it. I hated mistreating you, but...I couldn't do it.

Naruto aren't you going to say anything? Naruto?

Naruto (Smiles): If that's what you felt why didn't you tell me?

Sakura (Stutters) I d-don't know.

srr to break it to ya but instead of a scenario likely to happen in the manga. It kind of developed in a mini fanfic one shot

still thought it wasn't to cheesy though

Thanks, Troxe. I did not expect it to be that. I just thought of perfect scene. I was not sure if it had been done or not.

Nope. Kishimoto point blank said in an interview that Sakura was being 100% truthful about being in love with Naruto.

Sakura's fierce insistence in 470 did kind of get through, looked like it put him into a mindset where he decided she loved both Sasuke and himself. It took Sai's words to get him to see Sakura had moved on from Sasuke and had fallen in love with Naruto. What Naruto was sensing was Sakura's memory of her one sided crush on Sasuke. That's what made her unable to stab Sasuke in the back. Naruto did finally get it, and his mental image of Team 7 and seeing Sakura as still the Sasuke fangirl he had a hopeless love for shattered. When he rescued her from Sasuke look how Kishimoto echoes Naruto's expression nearly exactly to Minato's when he rescued Kushina. Look as well at Naruto's mental image of Sakura in chapter 504- she is looking at him in an openly loving fashion and he's seeing her now as she is. Some kind of romantic scene is very close to happening between Naruto and Sakura. Sakura has been making almost all the romantic progression in part 2 of the manga, I'm guessing Naruto will make the move the next time. My guess is he'll finally give her that kiss on the forehead. (note as well this is also the one type romantic kiss Kishimoto has shown in the manga- when Tsunade kissed Dan on the forehead, we also saw a tiny image of them cuddling in a field, and remember Kishimoto had Tsunade see not only Nawaki in Naruto but Dan as well. The comparison to Dan has been subtle, even in part 2, but I think we'll see Naruto acting with Sakura in a similar romantic way, but he'll be the one to do the forehead kiss, and perhaps we'll get an image of them cuddling too.

I think that Naruto will take the chance to kiss Sakura right before he goes off to fight Sasuke. I think he will maybe say to her "your forehead is charming , makes me want to kiss it." Then boom Naruto will kiss her right on her forehead. He winks at her and she starts to find out that it was really Naruto at the bench not Sasuke.

(this prediction mostly comes from the new OVA. When i see how they look at each other with love struck eyes, i fell as if Naruto did or said something to Sakura before he fought Sasuke that pumped up there relationship to maximum)

Aight, forget everyone saying that the kiss will be off panel BLAH BLAH BLAH. There's no way Kishi would off panel such a huge MOMENT! I mean c'mon! It will lose all dramatic and the intense affect if that scene was ever shown in a flashback or offpanel thing. I swear, this war, in the middle of it (when it's at its peak and Naruto is at high risk of dieing already), or when it is over. A NaruSaku kiss has SUCH a HIGH chance of happening!! C'mon, stop being so critical and rational peoples! Love doesn't work that way! As Naruto said "Believe it!" haha XD.
