NaruSaku is like EdWinry...as a matter of fact, the Japanese voice for Edward in brotherhood sounds a lot like Naruto.

But is like watching a mirror.

FMA: Boy likes girl, girl hits boy with a screwdriver, 1st part, boy is shorter...way shorter than girl.

Naruto: Boy likes girl, girl breaks boy jaw with his fist, 1st part, boy is shorter than girl...as you remember Naruto was shorter than Sakura preshippuden.


The end of FMA brotherhood Ed marries Winry.

So if Kishi follows up with that, it might take a complete redone of the entire Naruto series to see a NaruSaku end.

Yep that's the typical shounen trope of the main protagonist with the tsundere although it has been done before in many shounen series Naruto is an exception since Kishi has done such a long and slow development to Naruto and Sakura's relationship. smile.gif

Yeah, but it took till the very end of FMA for Ed to ask Winry's hand in marriage...or the Alchemist way to ask...idk

So maybe NaruSaku relationship won't happen until the very end of the manga.

Yeah Kishi has already given too many signs of the obvious development between Naruto and Sakura. Right now he's putting all future developments of them on hold because he's focusing on the war but once that's out of the way there will be plenty of NS goodness ahead. happy.gif

I always disliked this thread just because, in my opinion, it contradicts the point of the forum. We are suppose to support the pairing, not say what we would do if we lost! That sounds so discouraging. We already have enough development to go ahead and be canon. Kishimoto obviously wants to leave the whole love scenario for later on, it doesn't seem really appropriate during a war.
If we lost, well, obviously we thought wrong, or astoundingly read the entire development of Naruto and Sakura wrong. I really can't see us losing because of a different pairing though. Sasuke and Sakura... Yeah, trying to kill a supposive love just isn't... Mm.
