If that was the case, I'd be WOEFULLY unfit to the position, given that my tastes and the the tastes of other members aren't the same, neither the things each one looks for in one story are the same, and our deffinitions of good fic or good story are different. I can disregard one story other members deem excellent, and so on. You can't rely on my criteria.

Besides, I'm not checking FF.Net the whole time.

Personally I'm following only We Are. "He Said, She Said" was a concept with potential, but he turned it ridiculous and then he slaughtered it with meaningless character-bashing and rampant OOC-ness. And I haven't read "Team Sharingan".

Nevertheless several members had posted updates beforehand, so I thought they'd like to be warned of new chapters.

Anyway, I've started reading another fic. Right now it seems a decent reading:

I'm surprised We are is even meets the requirements for here, it's got a bit too much um...sexually charged? and more importantly it's the SakuNaruIno threesome, and didn't think you could post updates for them.

I have to agree with Jenskott with He Said, She Said, it was a nice fic an all, actually it was the only femNaru fic i've read and didn't stop straight away, but everyone is becoming to OOC, from Naruto, to Hinata, to Sasuke to Kiba to Kakashi....way to OOC and over the top. But I still read it as there is a serious lack of decent fics being updated regularly at the moment...maybe everyone is overwhelmed with the current manga?

NaruSakuIno stories have been posted -nay, even recommended!-, and there's one thread -at least- about NaruSakuIno, so I'm pretty sure it's allowed. And so far "We Are" is only lime, not lemon. There's no smut, so it's safe.

Kiba is a mysoginist rapist. Kakashi never cared for Naruto neither trusted him, despite the manga clearly shows he did. Kurenai and Anko all of sudden are lesbians and a couple. Sasuke is the incarnation of the evil instead of simply an a**hole and a loner. And in the last two chapters Hinata felled Jiraiya with ONE BLOW and tried killing Sakura for being a b*tch was trying stealing HER Naruto-kun, Jiraiya used Tsunade's healing arts despite he is unable, the Hyuuga clan were revealed like fell bastards have tortured Hinata, and Naruto vowed defending her honour because she had always been nice to him (despite he called her a dark, creepy girl in the manga).

Indeed. Too much OOC-ness, way over the top.

No, I don't think so. There has always been a serious lack of decent fics. The ninety percent of fanfics in any and every fandom are crap. They are badly written, the characters are badly portrayed, or the story is nonsensical, bland or downright generic. It's always been hard finding good fics, especially in FF.Net. Thus, the drought of good NaruSaku fics isn't necessarily due to the last chapters, although I know a writer didn't post a new chapter for days cause Hinata's confession.

Almost all of his Fics are on the kinda questionable side, but Team Sharingan is a little better than He said, She said. still some OOC but less in the way of bashing. though We Are seems to be setting up for some OOC Hinata.

Since the resident updater hasn't posted might as well do it, Chapter Nineteen of Medicinal Lullaby by Shivakashi is now up for your reading pleasure. (Sasuke really doesn't like losing at anything it seems...lol)

Also not sure if anyone here really likes Re-write (Redo/tiime-travel) fics but Chapter 4 of Second Chances by Siekin is up aswell.

Since the resident updater hasn't posted might as well do it

The resident updater -not that I'm claiming or assuming being that person-, underwnt the past week through a virus-induced computer crash, and was busy reformating his computer, so he had no time to or desire of searching fanfics or checking for updates.

This said, I'm impressed with Medicinal Lullaby. It'll be a Narusaku romance fic, no question about it -even if some of the reviewers desperately wishes it's otherwise-, but the way Shivakashi is developing their relationship, introducing bumps in the road and forcing them to leap about them -and learning how doing it together-, it's original and awesome.

Also not sure if anyone here really likes Re-write (Redo/tiime-travel) fics

They're overdone, but there're still authors can pull them out nicely. Second Chances seems good in that regard.

Now, about updates...

Thicken the Air by masterpiece-maker Folle . One-shot.

Let's and My Life Suck Without You by Peanutbutter126 . The first story is an one-shot. The second one is her "Did I Tell You?" collection of drabbles, now renamed -and six-chapters-long for the moment-.

Hell's Radiance by Angel of the Godless has been updated with Chapter 32 .

Warning: This story is excellently written, but it's getting real disturbing. I'm not sure I like it anymore.
