Ok, we need at least 4 people, but 6 would be awesome. The league max is 10, for the one I made. We'll see how many people join, we got three so far.

I would like to see Losses added to the goalies stats... this just makes it a slightly harder decision whether to start a goalie or not.

As well as Shutouts being replaced by either Games Started or Saves... I hate it when sometimes people get a shutout on their first goalie start of the week and then they bench their goalies the rest of the week so that they can pretty much guarantee GAA & SV% (and a good chance at SHO... so a good probability of getting 3/4 of the cats with only 1 goalie start). Not to mention most weeks usually end in a 0-0 tie for SHO... I never like seeing that.

A cap on the number of moves would be good. Most annoying thing is seeing a team stream players and end up with 200+ moves by the end of the first month. 50 should be PLENTY... and I would actually rather see it lower somewhere between 20-40.

Last thing... maybe add in a F and/or Util spot... but this isn't really important.

So far we have 3 teams... Zatren, me, and (I'm assuming) True. Would be nice to get at least 6. Having only 4 would be kind of dull since we would all make it into the playoffs anyways.

Changed the goalie stats, added a forward position, but it won't allow me to cap the transactions anymore. I'll see if I can figure it out more later, though.

I'm a hockey fan, but not a fantasy league (of any sport) player, so I think there are more than 4.

I just got through watching the Caps play the Rangers in preseason (over a live-streaming internet feed that kept going in and out), which was a good game even though my team lost. A lot of our better players aren't even trying (it's preseason, after all, but still...); we also have one or two spots open, but no-one's really trying to grab those spots just yet.

I can't wait until our season officially starts on October 1st....

Ok, I initially set the draft to be tonight at ten o' clock when I first made the league...does anyone have a problem with this time? I will hopefully be home, but I have a busy day. I could also move it forward a bit in case some other people join. The latest it can be is on September 31st. Thoughts?

LOL Ah Whatever. Sept 30th then. And its at 10, but still I see your point. How would Sunday or Monday sound to you guys? I can't do it after 6 on Sunday though.

EDIT: I'm changing it to the latest possible date now just so we have time to decide.

EDIT 2: We actually have until Nov 6th. Whoda thunk it.

If anyone else is reading, follow jwolf's example and join. Even if you have never played fantasy hockey (or any fantasy sport) ever, even if you don't know that much about hockey... as long as you have some interest in the sport and can check up on your team at least every week or so... join! I joined my first fantasy league when I didn't even know all the players on the Oilers (let alone the entire NHL)... but I still did pretty well in a league of hockey fanatics.

I agree with this... it should be done before the season starts. I could probably do it any time on a weekend... weekdays I'm usually pretty busy.

We need one more team though... can't hold a draft with a odd number of teams.

I'm sorry guys. Something came up earlier and I had to run out, so I couldn't change it to today. Unless you guys wanna do it NOW (lol, I'm in), we have to do it either tomorrow, Tuesday, or Wednesday. I'm good for all three days around 8 or after. What say you? Again, I'm really sorry I wasn't on today, something popped up to where I wasn't on the computer a lot.

I can't do it tomorrow... I'm extremely busy. I'm actually pretty busy this entire week... but Tuesday would be probably be my "least" busy day. It would have to be late in the evening (around 8-ish eastern time at the earliest).

But it doesn't matter, you guys can decide on a date/time and I'll try to make it.
