yeah there is, they signed up for a 4th season, but it's not dealing with the Aang crew, no. it better not be dealing with the spawn neither meh

i bet nick will make bryke sign up for another season and start workin on it pronto when the re-runs have been sucked dry and the live action movie has died off in the theatres.

but i'm not even worried bout that OR looking forward to it, in particular.
i've come to love these characters right NOW, and the concept of having to watch a whole new cast and their shenanigans? KNOTHNX. D;

though, i hope it deals with all the old fogies that are here right now: iroh, madam wu, jun, jeong-jeong, BUMI <3, pakku, gran-gran, and FIRE WANG LOL. (:

other than that, all my attention is focused on the new episodes+finale movie. DX

LOL uhh no i wasnt. i have already seen the 2 new eps comming out with rescuing katana's dad.( if i spelt that wrong sorry) but thats the last ep i saw that was out so last i remember there was going to be 3 new episodes but i realy doubt they can finish this and everything by the end of this seaosn unless they add like 10 or more episodes but cmon they jsut failed and commet is comming they have to rescue everyone no way they can end it really quick. but if 4th season is comming they i would hope/think they would finish it off. if iam wrong about anything dont stress to much this is all my conclusion and i dont know sites to go to find all this info

Like Ino, I do wish for the show to end with kataang but I'm also rooting for zutara. It seems I'm stuck on a forked road and have no idea which way to go XD (but I won't attack either side like some other people I know...>.< *victim of a zutara-attack*)

The shippings really don't matter to me, since I'm fine with both ways... but it still leaves you pretty eager~

althougth alot of people of rooting for other couples i think the main and most likely is katara and aang. after the whole attack on the fire place its kinda obvious to really denie it. but like i said thats my mind and if people denie it meh your opinion. but yea still is exciting even if you know the ending still fun to watch it all!

No, it's over after this week. There's an episode on Thursday, an episode on Friday, and a movie on Saturday that equates to 4 episodes. So six more in all after The Boiling Rock. And that will be the end. They've already stated there won't be a 4th season, and I don't know where this talk of one came from.

Plus if they do a book 4, trust me it wont be as good as the other books. We all know it'll be about restoring the world back to normal. Unless an new enemy that's greater than Ozai appears then it would be worth wild. Otherwise this is fine, besides the series is going to end with a kittenin' bang!

After completing his training Zuko informs Aang that he must kill Ozai but he doesn't want to do that eventually he leaves. Katara ask Zuko to use his searching skills to find Aang but instead the Gaang found Ihoh & the White lotus society. Ihoh forgives Zuko and informs its time to reclaim his throne, he goes to Katara for assistance & she agrees. Ozai appoints Azula new firelord of the nation as he comes the phoenix king of the world, which makes Azula very upset. Late Azula goes nuts because her hair is kitten up and fires nearly every employee she sees and disappoints her. She then see reflection of Ursa, whom tells her that she shouldn't use fear for control and she loves her which case she breaks the mirror.

Meanwhile Aang awaken on unknown land and plead answers from his precessors but they repeated what Zuko told him just in different apsects. Then Aang realize he's in the Earth Kindgom where Ozai is planning to attack and waits for him.

Zuko & Katara made it into the castle before Azula was crown, Zuko challenges her. The siblings begin their duel. Zuko pretty much own her but realize she's holding back and demands to use here lightning which she does but attacks Katara on the sideline but Zuko step in. Before she could even heal him Azula begin her assault as Katara struggles to find source of water. Eventually she and freeze then chain Azula as she realize she's defeated.

In the Earth kingdom; Suki, Sokka, & Toph arrive to fight the soldiers then they grab airfleet to attack the other airfleets until theirs destroy. Toph & Sokka found themselves battling Fire soldiers while Suki getting another fleet as Sokka realize his plan is going down the drain. Upon meeting eye to eye with Aang they hop onto the fleet and continue their assault.

The long awaited battle begins between the Phoenix king & Avatar. Aang tries to reason with Oazi but it fails and he dodge every attack figuring another way to defeat Ozai without killing him. Eventually Aang fights back, then after picturing Katara's face he enters avatar state in his control and pwned Ozai. He then spirit-bend his fire-bending powers off him for Ozai is clearly defeated.

Everyone was reunited with their friends. Zuko become new firelord with Ihoh by his side. Katara & Sokka are reunited with their father. Sokka & Suki are canon.

to make it easier, just look at the schedule i gave ya, alu-- it IS official and it's correct; they are going to end the series with a four episode = mini-movie on saturday.

considering how ginormous the fandom is, and how freaking crazy everyone is getting over the finale-- it would be awesome and SMART of Bryke to open-end the show.

with a fandom this huge, and if they want to start up things with another series (which i bet you my spleen they will) they'll not want to lose any of their fans. *nodnod*

having open-ended pairings would leave it up to the fandom to decide.
and heck, it would bring all of us together. ;_;

XD so that means we're all right.
we are NOT having another season of Avatar with the GAANG, but we MIGHT have another season dealing in that certain universe.
it's all rumors really; speculation of another season dealing with Aang and the rest of them, but i really doubt it, now that i have a source.

The final four episodes will be packaged as a two-hour movie. Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko have also confirmed that a new incarnation series of the Avatar: The Last Airbender, is in the process of being made.

And even though the book 3 is soon to end, it has been said by the creators, that a new Avatar show will one day air, complete with a new avatar and new cast. The storyline, however, is still a mystery. Characters from the original cast, such as Sokka and Katara, may make small cameos in the new avatar show.

The new episodes so far have been so awesome! I'm so glad I never gave up on this show.

At first I was a little disappointed by Katara's new attitude shown towards Zuko, though it is natural for her to feel that way considering how he and even Jet have both "hurt" her before. I am hoping that Katara doesn't have a reason to attempt to kill him. A part of me just wants her to finally accept Zuko.

I agree. They both sort of used her. I am glad Katara is has a more "harsh" side and we've finally gotten a taste of it. Again, I do think that her keeping her guard up from the past few episodes (which again is totally natural and I would too in her situation), is in a way smart of her. :thumbs:
