Some in the studio liked it, but not all of them. Clearly the staff that favored NH wrote the Last and worked on Boruto.wait...if SP supported NS, and still do in filler how come naruto, and sakura don't interact anymore in things like the last, or boruto?

It's funny that I thought Kishi was using TL logic while explaining the NH bonds to the interviewer about them being close before his bonds with Iruka started. But if you read his speeches again. Clearly he was referring to Sakura. She's the only female (his gen) that might have been close to him before Iruka, which was the hinted flashback in chapter 697 of her cringing when Naruto was about to get his bashed in by Sasuke during the sparring in the academy battlegrounds. And she looked depressed when Naruto was declared the loser, which suggested that Naruto and Sakura might have a dark hidden past that we will most likely never ever get, which was use as a red herring.
You have to figure that Shuiesha/SJ played a major role in the ending, in which Kishi was allowed to end the manga because of NH (off the records). Remember that Kishi wanted to end the manga 7 years ago but was not allow to because the manga was very popular and at its peak at that time? Kishi came to SP, which he explain in one of his earlier interviews that he needed SP's help to flesh out NH.
Sure, the SP higher ups perhaps intentionally leaked this information about their females disliking the ending because NS never became canon, so they theoretically use this as an excuses to save their behinds if a council decisions is ever made in the future that the ending should deterred from the manga, and they point the fingers at Shieusha for everything. However, the higher ups did give the green light to mislead fans and rip them off with the false advertisements and the no refund. I'm sure there will be no remedy for that
Shieusha no longer has any bearing on the story since the conclusion of the manga and SP has as all the rights to do with the Naruto franchise whatever way they want. So it will be up the the higher ups to determined this franchise's course. The only way we will know for sure is that we or someone must continue to the monitor the anime. The more we see hinted NS and SK rather if its fillers or canon episodes every week.
I'm confused, I'm just stating the possible options of why they released that filler right before the ending, it was like weeks to a month before, seriously it seems more like a troll filler to me...

Don't underestimate how many people hate her because of how she acts around Sasuke.
I know, I'm just saying her not showing the "dere dere" part of a tsundere much towards naruto in their minds is their excuse for her not being a tsundere, though you could argue the same about luffy and nami since you don't really see her doing that towards luffy very easily just like sakura towards naruto, you mostly see the hitting and the interactions are usually similar to ns, yet most people love luffy and nami together and its one of the top one piece couples? that's definitely double standard right there, especially since alot of these nh fan pro enders are fans of luffyxnami 0.o

no wonder NH happened, the most famous naruto youtubers were NH fans(probably why they became popular to begin with) and Kishi was watching their videos.
Well, that can't be true. I mean, Kishimoto said in the interview that he's analog. He wouldn't exaggerate or mislead or lie, would he? /sarcasm
Sigh.
It's close on a year now, and I'm still sickened every time I think about how the manga ended and what happened to its supposed hero. Everything is about Hinata now. She's all the fans talk about, she's now the character Kishimoto claims is his favorite. Hinata, Hinata, Hinata.
Meanwhile, the three main characters languish in a resolution far worse than an open ending. Sasuke (the emotionally vacant sociopath) and Sakura (who blindly traded her dignity for a life of abandonment) are locked in an empty and unsatisfying marriage of Sasuke's convenience.
And Naruto? I can't even talk about how poorly he was treated in his own story. Not to mention how he was betrayed in order to serve Hinata's fulfillment as a character. It's a disgrace, pure and simple.
It's one thing to be disappointed in a story's resolution. It's quite another to end up utterly disillusioned from the experience of having read it.
Yuck.

That is why i believe this character is embodiment of evil himself, kishimoto accidently creating the most dark character ever in history of mangaka, she has the power to change the ending, replace the original heroine, making genjutsu come true [Look at TL], her rabid fans speaks of her like some cult of the damned, the more i look into her eyes the more it creeps me out how she has change the story with just by standing behind the tree.
An out of control man needs a strong woman to control him.
And even a violent woman will become soft and tender to the man she love.

I'm not going to defend Kishi, but he's not siding with NH at all. Remember the post Gaiden interview. He's in America, which is thought to be the heart of the Hinata and NH fandom. He has to behave on foreign soil even if he has to tell BS lies to talk in a positive light about NH. Just watching that video with Sawyer, Kishi played him for a fool.
Kishi is not telling us the whole story about why he told his wife that he modeled Hinata after her. In fact she knows that she's model after Sakura that Kishi had explained that he changed the heroine due to Sakura being hated because she was not popular. And he gave up.
The thing I find it funny that his first comments were about him being set up by someone and believe that it was fake audience in America. From what I heard, there were more NS and SK that approach Kishi (amazing if it's true).
would not be surprise that he referring to NH and SS fans.
The best part the interviewer caught Kishi in his snare when he specifically asked which pairing is more like his family. When Kishi made the comment that his wife was strong spirited woman, the interviewer connected the dots, "So she's like Sakura."
Shut down Kishi *laughs*

Because they once believed they have the right pairing to advertise and such. Now the manga ended and the path has changed, they have to change as well. If the manga ended earlier, chapter 631 animated would have been butchered, 632 so called SS moment would have been spotlighted strongly, more openings and endings reference to NH/SS and many more. In short, they got back stabbed as well. Not all but those who are in charge for ads.wait...if SP supported NS, and still do in filler how come naruto, and sakura don't interact anymore in things like the last, or boruto?

Who is your favorite female character?
Kishi: I'm feeling a little shy having to mention a character I myself created ... but I think I'm going with Hinata.
Why?
Kishi:![]()

I guess cos she's not at all violent?
Yeah... Sakura... she's kind of a hard woman.
(laughs) That's Sasuke's problem now.
Kishi: (laughs) Yeah, you're right.
(laughs) He deals with it by not being home.
*everybody laughs*
Oh God ! that worst is that he really toook a whiiiile to reply, especially when we know he already replied to this question a few months ago !

I thought that was a joke from the user here. If so, really? I thought Sakura is a slave for Sasuke, so it all works well.
I thought the same first, then I listened to the interview and really said that she was a violent woman...
What I don't get is that, since he is the AUTHOR,why didn't he change the things ? Why didn't he turn Sakura into a loving and kind girl like Hinata, if he loves that kind of girls ? I just don't get it. He surely just listened to what Yahagi told him to do.

Who knows and who cares. If he likes bland love, so be it, but even those loves can be developed and be a convincing pairing. I guess Yahagi wanted him to have the Shounen yet popular trope tsundere love, but he probably like "Fine..." Either way, the ending still bland as ever and there's no real chemistry that I wasn't even trained for, so why should I even care about it. That's why the romance in this series can summed up with your avatar.I thought the same first, then I listened to the interview and really said that she was a violent woman...

It's particularly frustrating because Kishi had so many opportunities to develop Hinata's character in a way that would leave many of us—and I feel comfortable making some conjecture here about folk's attitudes—far more comfortable with a NH pairing. He laid some seeds in Part 1 for Hinata's character. She drew inspiration from Naruto. She disliked the way her clan was structured. She had relationship problems with her family. Had he continued to develop her along these routes, he could have made a character that was both independently strong and mature and someone who could pair well with Naruto for a mutually supportive relationship.
Instead, we get one moment during the fight with Pein and then she's largely forgotten until she trips over a rock.
As for how it's directly ruined Naruto's character: Even the moment I personally wanted to see most (A triumphant moment where he's named Hokage in front of all his friends) is, from what I recall, subverted in favor of telling a fun story about Hinata's daughter.
Infuriating.

Exactly!!!
While I still would have supported Naruto/Sakura but if Kishi had made Hinata into an actual character instead of just a two-dimensional piece of cardboard that she is, I would have accepted Hinata being with Naruto. Kishi had so many chances to make Hinata into a likable character, like you listed, but he kept going with these so-called red herrings to 'throw' people off the scent. He says that he's not comfortable with writing romance but if Kishi is able to write Naruto/Sakura so well, as just a red herring, then it makes you wonder why Naruto/Hinata was so poorly done? It almost makes you think that in the end, Kishi just couldn't handle the pressure coming from outside influences and caved, giving the Naru/Hina lovers what they wanted on the surface but did it in such a way that everyone knew that how horrible the pairing was planned out. With all the interviews that he has made since the manga ended, I wonder if he is just constantly making things worse for Naruto as a way to get back at those who pressured him into making the ending end the way it did, like a massive middle finger to SP, etc.

So I really doubt he is cunning enough to purposefully play his only fans that are left for fools for whatever reason

He already did it in Japan. He told a NHer straight that he like the big oppai girls and how shallow Hinata of a heroine she is that she hides within the shadows. That would have been the highlight of the Comic Con if he told Sawyer this.
