I literally can't stand some of the animation in SOG

the animation just shows how this series is just to cash in new merchandise because DBS (also from TOEI) has a far better animation...even in Omega, the animation wasn't this bad, in fact it was pretty damn good near the end of the first season

I can give the fact that the last episodes from the first part were good and from the last part too, but still SOG in story line is way better than Omega and the Legend of Sanctuary.

 

Why not you finish   Omega  skip almost everything and watch Ikki episodes, then skip again until they arrive Pallas.

The first season I mean is the one with Mars/Apsu as villain, I felt the last episodes had a very nice animation and some epic moments ( with Seiya coming back to the action )

 

Omega's second season ( the one with Pallas) is crap till Ikki arrives, then he *dies* and the second season becomes crap again

 

And yeah I agree SOG has a better, more interesting story, it's just that it's very badly executed

You right if have good animation and execute it in a good way SOG could be better.
For some people hope that the animation could be fix in the Blue ray.

I hope and I think that Toei wiil do things like they did  with Ikki even better. As the title said both of them will remember their bros.

 

For me as fan of Shaka they better don't mess thing with him. They better don't censored the Tenbu Hoirn like they in Omega.

At last Shaka is in action, it was fine battle without losing time Rikudo rinnen was an attack for longtime I have not seen it. Times changes and Toei gave a soft description for each realm, before even in Spanish dub was scary that special move.

 

 

 

 

Still I cannot believe that DM has his redemption if we remember DM in his temple had people, even kids suffering and even it is not canon in Saintia Sho DM destroy and kill an entire academy of  Saintia in training, but well I think he is still suffering with the lost of Helena. By the way DM has a new attack.

Saint Seiya is more shounen like than Naruto ever managed to be, romance played a very small part

You right, not just romance play small part, SS finish it in one blow and doesn't continue.

I could not find the images of the differences of the ONA and Bluray, but in this video if you go to 8:25 you will see that  the animation  got better.
