Honest story:
My girlfriend spoiled me for the ending of the anime around December. I was like "Haikyuu...Yeah, my first anime after Naruto." So I watched it slowly but so much fun. Then, when I got back on my groove so to say, I continue to watch and I was thinking, "Crap, they got to win. Anime is almost over. They probably win and save the big one in the next season." So when they lost, I was awed. In fact, 24 was my favorite episode because of reactions, something that many sports with passion would feel after coming from a game of their life. So, I actually forgot that my girlfriend spoiled me, because I was like cheering for them. When I was moved, I know this series is just that good. Now, I'm ready for the manga. And you bet that I would watch the next season.

Nope. It's the best in the Miyagi Prefecture. It's in the top 8 of the country though.
Ushijima is considered on of the top three aces.
I think another team that Hinata will encounter later on is the Fukuridani Academy, the one where Bokuto is going to.
