Decent chapter, lots of dialog. Just how I like it. Though I felt like the Naruto and Minato interaction was kind of lack luster, though heartfelt.

Heh... True. Even if they don't develop a romantic relationship, I think she could maintain a strong bond of friendship with him. Hinata may not have the same personal relationship that Sakura has with him, but she's certainly closer to him than the various other K11 members like Shino and Tenten.

We all know Naruto hasn't gotten Sakura yet. He hasn't confessed and he still thinks Sakura loves Sasuke.

 

So there was really no other way he could have answered the girl part.

 

Manga hasn't ended and the endgame will come close to the end, to way he will confirm them this early.

 

It changes nothing about NaruHina's viability. SasuSaku is close to dead.

Gahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!! So many feels this chapter! I admit I cried when Naruto jumped and came infront of Minato and both of them exchanged their last words! I knew it was coming. I felt all emotional when Naruto said Kushina's last words!! GAAHHHHH!!! That Naruto ... I even cried when Ero Senin was mentioned!!!! Gosh!!! That baka Naruto.....seeing him cry...made me cry as well      . I still am tearing up....I guess! That baka makes it hard everytime and even his father and....and even his pervert master      . Legendary characters these are!!

 

Oh! And I loved the Kurama and Naruto conversation part....it was so funny XD

 

And one more thing...........HELL YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I SAID IT LAST TIME WHEN THE LAST CHAPTER WAS RELEASED THAT IT WILL BE NARUTO'S BIRTHDAY IN THE NEXT CHAPTER!!! I SAID IT GODDAMIT!!!!!! I SAID IT

Mangastream version makes it look more like the girl part and the last page weren't conected. More like he doesn't say the name of the girl (Sakura) and then he skipped to "Anyway, I couldn't do everything mom told me to do" refering to the studies and all the things he wasn't able to accomplish as she wished, not necessarily the girl thing. 

So one version tend to makes it look like Naruto doesn't think he can get his girl because he thinks she still likes Sasuke while the other version makes it look like he doesn't want to reveal the name of the girl in front of her.

I feel like they will probably all head back to the village and begin the recovery effort as well as burying the dead. Probly gonna be a few sad chapters until things get to the peaceful arc. I believe Sasuke will return to the village with everyone else and for a while he will contemplate the course of action he plans on taking. I believe during this period that Naruto will confess to Sakura. Then afterwards we will probably have the NaruSasu battle.

Yeah I've been content with that idea since I have ever started reading this series lol. I like Hinata a little bit so I would be happy to see her pursuing a "just friends" relationship with him and just let that be the end of it. X)

also why naruto should be hesitate if he was to say Hinata's name? he said that he is going to give his best regarding kushina's advices, like the one he should find a similar woman to her..... we know that winning Hinata's heart isn't an obstacle, since Hinata has always loved him... The only that Naruto can do now is confess his love to her... but all this what would have with the "I'm doing the best!!" LOL Imho this kills almost NH.... by force.
