Their interactions always give a vibe of 'something's going on between these two'. And other characters have referenced this, like the time Naruto asks them whether they are going out. Their chemistry is written a lot like NS.
There's nothing of this sort between Ino and Shikamaru. Their bond is of teammates, not once has Kishi given any sort of romantic hint here. But Sai and Ino? Its actually hinted more than InoShika. Ino is physically attracted to Sai.
he somewhat has..like that talk shikamaru had about girls with his father, when he thought about Sakura and Ino, and his dislike towards Sasuke for some strange reason...even before he left the village, the comment Chouji made at the chunin exams where Ino was cheering Sasuke on, the fact that he's always the one looking after her body, being protective of her..especially when it comes to Sasuke stuff, like not telling Ino his suspicions after overhearing Sai and Sakura, and when he went to confront Sakura about their plan on killing Sasuke where he talked about how he wouldnt stand for it if she, Naruto or Ino got killed, the way the animators, even though I know it's fillers, always has these scenes or moments with those two in it..like they hint them, she was always cheering for him too..she seems to motivate him, even when he almost died in the war...I dont see temari reacting to that..I see Ino reacting to it, and there's other stuff that I could go on with lol but this isnt a pairing debate, and I know they're only teammates, but I just feel like there's something a little more to that seeing them sometimes
You think Minato imagining her being angry and him being scared by her would be more then enough evidence but Noooooooo! lets twist that for our own parings
