Yeah. That's true. I almost give up when they scored two. But then, I heard my family going nuts because USA scored. Then, never again. Top 16. Oh well. It reminds me of Pokemon.

I'm with you on this one hi5 The GOD of football shall unleash a hell on them like he did today with Switzerland with that beautiful pass of him  Though its a shame he didn't score he was the one who carried the whole play of Argentina the others were like lost puppies and i didn't like that Di Maria was so selfish during the whole game always go solo in action but whatever at least they won thanks to Messi's brilliant pass  .

I feel for him. He busts his rear to keep them in it and his team spends most of the game on his side of the field. It's been an issue the entire time. Defense has generally been very good, but you can't spend the whole game on your side of the field.

We sucked on executions and struggled to keep possession. Tim was the only good thing from USA.

Wow, Tim really gave it all he had out there. Tough loss but he can hold his head high with his performance.

I saw it was the most saves by a goalkeeper in 50 years. And they weren't just a collection of easy saves. They were tough with more than one essentially being one on one. As I said, it's sad because he had the game of his life while the rest of the team didn't come close, particularly on the offensive side. The guy is 35 so it was probably his last world cup game. It worse because the US missed that head in stoppage time. Wasn't an easy one, but he just missed it.

I think the shots on goal were +20 in Belguim favor at one point. You can't win doing that. He was all that stood between them and a butt kicking.

Even though it was in defeat, I'm glad I saw it.

I'll watch it. I'll never be more than a causal fan, but as I said before, I was wrong about it being boring. I'm enough of a fan now that it's going to be more than just watching the US for me. I dunno how many US fans will sick around, but I am one who plans too.
