Sasuke and Tobi are nothing like that, everything that Tobi told Sasuke was confirmed by the kages, he was merely used as a pawn but at the same time helped Sasuke's goals,
A pawn for what, exactly? There was no benefit to Tobi for him to abscond with Sasuke after his battle with Itachi, heal him, guide him through his venture, or find himself gratified when Sasuke severed the last remaining bond he had with someone else. If it was a relationship founded solely on self-serving manipulation then why create this attachment to someone who has no relevance to your goals?
From what can be gathered after the Invasion of Pain arc, Sasuke was only going to be used as a sacrificial lamb for Rinne Tensei. The only significance that jutsu holds with Tobi's motives is the resurrection of Madara. That was the inference from Tobi's conversation with Zetsu. But as we see later on, he was expressly horrified to learn that Madara had been reanimated thanks to Kabuto. During the war, he openly admits to distrusting Madara and that they were never allies. This further demonstrates the conflict of interests that exist between them.
If Sasuke's only relevance to the plan was to be used for Rinne Tensei, and the only significance that jutsu holds is the revival of a man whom Tobi distrusts and has demonstrably proven to have had no intention of including in his personal motives, what purpose does Sasuke serve then?
i believe they dont have things to talk about, even if Tobi played a role on the clan's death still we know it was all Itachi's plan, Itachi was the one who executed him and approached Tobi.
And Tobi just decided to join for the heck of it? It was stated and shown in Itachi's recount to Sasuke in #590 that he "resented" Konoha and the Uchiha Clan. Interestingly, I overlooked a detail about Itachi's conditions for Tobi's participation in the massacre. It included the immunity of Sasuke from any harm brought to the clan. It just so happens that the two of them only began to interact with each other directly and personally after Itachi died. Coincidence?
About Kakashi, he played his part, and a strong one by telling Obito his resolve and many things.
Did he now? Much of Tobi's personal "turmoil" revolves around Kakashi's "inability" to protect Rin. You can see when Kakashi brought forth the topic in #608 that Tobi was visibly disturbed by it. If anything, it seems that he might possess some lingering resentment towards Kakashi. The way Tobi brutalised him in #608 after Rin was mentioned supports this notion.
Part of Tobi's redemption, as it has been progressing, should include the releasing of that anger he holds toward his former teammate and coming to terms with Rin's death. In that regard, Kakashi is arguably more vital to him than Naruto even. Minato also has a role to play in all of this since part of Tobi's aggression and grievances lie with him as well.
