I'd recommend holding judgement on whether it's rushed or not until the full scanlation is up. The original presentation of the chapter could make an enormous difference on how naturally the material comes across; that's why I decided to wait it out myself. I want to have the best possible first impression.

but we didn't see the fate of some characters

like lottie, leo, and reimxsharon are beautiful together but it's a bit rushed imo too..

Usually, it takes FS about a month to translate. That being said, FS said they would try and speed this one up, considering it's the final chapter and all. But if it really is like a hundred pages long (which would be so great), then I fear we might be waiting the usual time...

 

I hope it won't take too long, but I guess there's nothing to do for it but wait. Times like this I really wish I could read Japanese.

 

 

It's definitely out. Someone who got it already posted an elaborate summary of the chapter (I can link it here if anyone wants it; I haven't read it myself), and the Tumblr fandom has been talking about the chapter for a while.

So I went to my local Barnes and Noble and noticed Volumes 1-22 of Pandora Hearts, and I was thinking about getting a few, but I got occupied with a couple other manga series instead. I will say I just finished reading up to chapter 3 and so far it's pretty interesting to say the least.

I still need to start Pandora Hearts T_T I think, I'll read it over the summer. It's after all a 9-year-old-long series.

Finally got around to making a discussion video for Retrace 103. And now, to wait for the finale...

100% agree on an anime reboot, it needs to happen so bad.  As I've been re-reading the manga again (up to chapter 43 so far, I wonder how far I can get before the last chapter?), I just keep thinking I really want to see this animated again, and animated well to really do the story justice.

 

As for Alice's memories, that's been bugging me too. I can't recall any exact moment where she remembered everything. I'm assuming it must have happened gradually, but I don't really know.

Well my cousin's best friend had a few extra volumes of 1 & 2  so Ria cameover today when we hanged out and handed them to me. Since she already has her copy of Volumes 1 and 2.

Chapter 104

Okay so, the beginning of the chapter with everything happy and together and well, alive , gave me major feels. The rest of the chapter was gorgeous too, and overall made for a solid, satisfying ending. I really can't wait to see what Mochijun does next, and if she writes another manga, I will read it with hesitation. I'm going to miss this manga, but at least I can always read it again when I start to feel nostalgic. Thank you Mochizuki Jun, for a wonderful experience.

That sounds like a likely explanation, I'm a little disappointed that the last chapter didn't give and clarification to it though. It would have been nice.

Been a while since I've visited this thread, but just thought I'd let you guys know I've read up to chapter 6 so far and damn is all I got to say so far without going into spoilers especially when it comes to the ending of chapter 6. Chapter 6 is on Volume 2 and since the series is done I might just actually buy the volumes to see where the story goes. Although... this maybe a dumb question but how was the ending of the series withou going into spoilers that way I know whether or not to continue reading online or just buy the volumes?

I'll take your word for it and I'm glad the ending to the series is amazing even though I've got no idea what happens in it.  So far I got to say my favorite character aside from Oz is Alice there's just something about her that just makes her hilarious.

It's really hard for me to choose a favorite character in this series, because I honestly just love them all so much. The manga is just filled with fascinating, complex, and fully developed characters.  And since you've only made it through two volumes so far, you've got a lot of revelations yet to come. All I've got to say is brace yourself. I'm almost finished with my third reading and the twists and turns of the plot and backstory as it's revealed still leaves me with a total "wow" feeling.

Don't worry, the first two chapters (chapter 2 specifically) are purposefully intended to get you asking "wait, what?". Part of the mystery is finding out what really happened there, and the context behind it. Everything comes together.
