Being a Kakashi fan I just loved this chapter. First he saw through the genjutsu, then he had his flashback hero moment, and finally he stabbed obito in the chest with his lightning blade. :w00t: :w00t: :w00t:

As for Madara, This is like the 7th time that he's said that he's going to do something, and then in the next chapter he does absolutely nothing. He really needs a "bad ass bad guy" moment cause he's been about as evil as a kitten. The likelihood is he'll head towards the Juubi, but then turn towards Hashirama, get rejected and throw a tantrum.

The main thing to take from this chapter though is that if you don't mess with Kakashi, cause those who do generally end up dead. :kukuku:

If I may give you a suggestion, it is much easier listening to a face than a voice with a pic of the chapter. It's easier to follow you, body language counts a lot etc.

That is if you're having problems with copyright too :P

After re-re-re-read the chapter (lol) i think many of us got wrong on something.

First when I saw the last Obito's panel, the one where he's screaming, I assumed he had a kunai in his hands.

It's totally wrong.

Was I alone to assumed he has a kunai in his hands ? lol

That's why I thought he was gonna kill himself on his pure will.

Also, some of us thought he was gonna cut himself in half to separate the black zetsu. I think it's wrong too because he doesn't have a kunai. Why some of you thought he was gonna cut himself in half ? ^^ did someone else thought he had a kunai ?

After many readings lol, I now think Madara is controlling him and forcing him to form the Rinne Tensei signs because even if Madara has the Rinnegan too, he can't revive himself with it.

I think Obito is screaming super strong because he's trying to resist and to force open the gate of Rinne Tensei when Madara will use it to revive Rin and maybe somebody else. I'm pretty sure Neji will be in the list. It would be a good way for Obito to be redeemed in the end, just before his death. Revive everyone he had killed (and maybe his former sensei... and maybe somebody else...) just to handicap Madara and take revenge on him.

What I noticed from this chapter, is the black antennas the black zetsu formed in Obito's body. This is just like the black antennas Nagato used back then. It would be totally plausible that those black antennas where made of some black zetsu, of with the same matter. What do you think of that ?

It's either Madara's controlling him and Obito's screaming in defiance and/or pain or Obito's willingly going along with it but he's screaming in anger, desperation, and sheer despair.

Yeah i agree but i definitely think he'll do something.

He thought about Rin. It's determination and rage.

She will be revived if Obito succeed.

He is not willingly assisting Madara, Obito is being forced by Madara to perform the Renni Tensei, If we all remember correctly before Obito took Kakashi to the other dimension he told Madara that maybe he was time for him (Obito) to become the 10 tail  house and since he returned from that dimension Madara didn't not want to take any chance worst with the alliance looking like they have the upper hand against the Juubi.

This is why I believe why Madara took this recent action but I could be wrong.

Regarding Kakashi vs Obito? Ass pull, I like Kakashi but Obito was way stronger than Kakashi.

How do I feel about Obito? He got what he deserve, sadly kishimoto could not be more heartless with his destined death.

Yeah i have the same feeling too.

I think it's because Kishi let her a little in the "background" while Sasuke and Naruto are gone battling to the front.

I'll be disappointed if Kishi let her fade in the background.

Up until now, what she has done is really great, and I love it, I was waiting for so long for her to have Kuchyose and Byakugo... but I also want her to fight with Naruto (and Sasuke). I don't want her to stay here, watching, and make a sad face. I want her to move, to act, to scream.

If Kishi let her fade, then he'll troll us just like he trolled 615. In 615 Hinata said "let stand up together" and then Naruto was gone in a minute. I just hope so much Kishi will not do the same with team7. I know Sasuke IS the troll this time, and that it will not be possible, maybe, to fight together like everything is right, but please Kishi, don't ruin your settings... just please let team7 fight together, even if Naruto and Sakura are screaming after Sasuke...

Relax, if Sasuke is going to troll, well Sakura is obviously going to be impacted by it so figurative she will follow the events he has to be impacted (not implying SS here just that she is going to in loose terms keep an eye on him).

Besides, nothing saying Sakura is done fighting now is she? The kage are coming, perhaps Tsunade will take over the healing duties allowing Sakura to fight, I mean if she does have the better white strength seal, Tsunade could for all purposes want to see what she can do now. So Sakura has not been condenmed to healing, rather I mean Sai was just talking to her and she was not healing anyone in those chapters nor focusing on it, so she could possibly have finished it already and just stand ready for the counterattack by the jubbi. Basically we actually need to just wait for more scenes with Sakura before she is actually just going back to fighting or healing. If Madara becomes fully alive again, well makes sense for her to fight now, her being able to help take down Madara is enough for me, but its still going to be Naruto and Sasuke who do it.

As for Kakashi beating Obito, yeah this goes back to a funny trope where its basically rock paper scissors but with people of varying strengths and different levels, take it like this: Kakashi could not beat Nagato and Tsunade was out of energy cause she used it all to heal the villagers and ninja. Naruto was able to beat Nagato but had trouble with Obito, now Kakashi is essentially overcome Obito while he was steamrolled by Nagato, its a type of ordeal where Obito, despite being a much stronger powerhouse than Nagato, is driven back by Kakashi even in the simiplist of set up fights, and kakashi has already survived in a devastating warzone with 8 of the tailed beasts and been resupplied with energy at least 2 to 3 times in this one long fight. Yes there is a logical reason for this though, he did not know Nagato's powers or how pain operated, likewise he has a natural defense/offense against obito so while unmatched in power still has a deterrent against him, but its just again somewhat funny how he was beaten easily by Nagato, who is weaker than Obito, who himself managed to control 6 edo jinchurki and tailed beasts without much problem.

I have to say, I really like the last page. Minato noticing Obito screaming in agony... Sets up a lot. And Naruto, too, will probably realise just how cruel Madara really is. But that panel of Obito...

It's great. It's like you can feel how much pain he is in. And you just feel really bad for him, despite what he's done...

I didn't notice it before, but I like the moon in the background. It's a nice touch. Am I the only one who didn't notice it at first? :sweatdrop:

For all the uchiha important to the plot, save itachi, its just been one sith lord to another, seriously I see Madara as the emperor, Obito like Vader, and Sasuke like Starkiller (the secret apprentice vader had) Yeah it seems very unusual but Starkiller was the son of a jedi and redeemed himself in those games (they were decent games).

Madara is really just one big jerk.

It's not really clear if Kakashi got through to Obito, considering how obstinate the Uchiha are, I believe that he's still willingly aiding Madara.  Though, like I said (what you quoted), it could be either/or at this point in time.  It's probably going to clear up next chapter.

That they showed Rin doesn't really help, on one interpretation, I could say that Rin's death still haunts him, still driving him to continue the Eye of the Moon plan. Or, I could interpret that his love for Rin is reminding him of the good kid he used to be.

Meh, just gotta wait next chapter.

I also think the same.
But could not help to think how close minded he was, i think if was Naruto he could've redeemed Obito but Obito was so close minded and Kakashi also didnt had anything to counter him because pretty much describes that the only thing that keep Kakashi alive is his desire for Naruto to succeed.

He sees Obito on Naruto and wants him to not give up like Obito did.
Obito died because he hasnt found another reason to live, maybe if Kakashi appealed using the Rin's argument he could win but certainly i dont know.
Also Obito pretty much chose to die and let Madara use that jutsu so doesnt matter if Madara is controlling or no Obito because in the end he went there with that purpose.

What I like about this chapter, it just shows how cruel Madara is, again we have villains for the sake of just being selfish and evil. We know Madara's reasons but its what Itachi said to Naruto that made sense, Madara put his own ideals above everyone even his own people and he became arrogant for it. Even now with Obito in pain and being forced to use the rinne tensei, this just may give Naruto some insight that Sasuke can become this twisted in his own ideals.

The purpose of the parallels in the story is in a way, to advocate a bit of "what if" from the main cast, team 7. Its also in part for the previous generation to succeed on the wishes or good intentions of the past generation. It is a simple story element and style of storytelling but its also enough to show that everyone is still their own individual self.

Well but didnt Obito went up there with the purpose to use the jutsu?

I dont think Madara is that evil because he's evil i just dont find him appealing anymore, he sitting back because he wants to fight with Hashirama, he leave the village because Hashirama's brother was alive and he dont.

I feel that Madara is the type of character to be hated, not because of his cowardice or his personality like GoT with Joffrey, but mostly because of his reasons to do that, i just dont know why the uchihas are so attached to their brothers or loved ones to a point that they are more easily to give up than the others, i never understand that explanation because it seems that Madara is not like that because he's Madara but mostly because he's an uchiha.

Its hard to say if Obito went to be used voluntarily or if Madara noticed how wounded Obito was and decided enough waiting, time to put the plan into action.
