Okay, one I can NOT read anything from Mangareader.

Two. "Theoretically" is not "fact." One problem I see is that a lot of people took K-Bee's words too literally. "He looked like a yellow flash." Same as they did for the confession scene with Naruto's words saying Sakura was lying. Just because the characters say it was doesn't mean that it is. You can throw theory out there, but it has been shown as well that the only one who could beat Obito at speed was Minato. His Thunder god technique was faster than Obito's Kamui. That says more than anything as your proof that Naruto, even with his speed, cannot get past the Kamui with speed alone.

You're talking like it is fact that he SHOULD be faster yet there is so much evidence to the contrary.

Three. Because Minato's Thunder God Technique is so "fast" he has to have a huge reaction time to use it effectively. Minato even demonstrated this with Kakashi's Chidori. It is a fast technique, but because his reaction is so slow, he has holes in it. The Sharingan helps him with that. This is common knowledge across all media. Even with people with speed. The Flash, Superman, Etc.

Four. Short distances? They "appear" the same, but doesn't mean they are. Again, Minato bends the plain of existence. So he is at the finish line even before Naruto begins. Doesn't matter how fast Naruto can travel. Same as Obito's Kamui, but uses a different method, but he can still be at a place faster than Naruto can traveling on the ground.

As for why Naruto hasn't used it? What if he has and it is just not working? I remember in DBZ when Goku fought Frieza, Yamacha said "Goku still has the Kaio-ken he can use" and King Kai said that he has been using the technique the whole time. I mean, we are purposely meant to follow the action even if at high speeds. Doesn't mean they are not using them.

Again Minato cant be on two places at the same time the time he's transporting is the time where Naruto already is there, Raikage was faster than Minato, the thing is that he did a lot of kunais but he could not get the Raikage because he was not fast enough to attack him while transporting, Naruto is way more faster than Minato.
It's shown on 544 that Naruto is so fast that he can actually blink or have a same effect of "hiraishin" the raikage cornered Naruto and was about to land a punch then he suddenly blink to Raikage's back, then he acknowledge that he was way more faster than Minato because he could counter-attack the Raikage, as well he could counter Obito.

AS i said Naruto is not taking advantage of this speed because if he did he would have raped both Obito and Madara in a matter of seconds, and the war would come to an end.

I think Naruto and Sasuke already surpassed them in that... a long time ago

I agree. I know that the Madara VS Hashirama fight would come sooner or later, and it is needed. It doesn't interest me personally though.

I already thought Kishi went overboard with parallells, even the one with Sasuke a few weeks back is too much. Parallells should be about people who are similar in the aspect of what he's trying to show us in the story. If he parallells everything, even the personalities, the message loosens up. Madara and Hashirama's relationship is similar to Sasuke and Naruto's, but right now Kishi's just cloning them like they are reincarnations.

It's actually becoming a bit too much IMO. He's tossing them out, and if he's doing it like this, I hope there's some relevance to the main plot. It actually seems like Obito's story isn't even all that important anymore... <--- That's what happen when you focus on way too much at once and that's what Kishi is doing.

Anyway, I hope Sakura gains relevance whenever things shift back. I'm guessing by the summer like Slex at this point but who knows. LOL Also, if he's paralleling Naruto and Sasuke to Madara and Hashi, then he'd better do something for Sakura.

As far the blank goes, that still doesn't mean anything considering Minato could teleport GREAT DISTANCES. Of course, one would blind and he'd be somewhere because he's super fast. He's pretty much like this with Rock Lee, and he doesn't even need a technique to do so, but this is all in short distances. We haven't seen Naruto travel as far as Minato with his technique, you're speculating, but I'm sure ThunderGod is still the ultimate technique given it's capabilities. He could literally plant them in locations, and rig it to his advantage.

No your English is fine And Yeah its true it may be a bit of an irk for us if Mito is portrayed like Hinata but I wouldn't worry too much about it, since I doubt she would be like, considering what Hashirama is like.

It's not a flashback within a flashback. The flashback version of Hashirama is not having a flashback of him meeting Madara. It is one continuing flashback of present time Hashirama as he is explaining things to Sasuke.

The chapter sort of ... disappointed me. Was the fighting epic and cool? Hell yes. However, the chapter was so very short and so very little happened in it. And then flashback within a flashback. Flashception. Joking aside, the part that really stuck out to me was when Hashirama said "I don't want to kill you ... I thought were friends!" I swear, that was exactly like SasuNaru VotE 2.0. And that flashback of when Hashi and Madara meet, I wasn't that surprised. Kishimoto totally goes for that "childhood friends/rivalry" type thing. But it was very surprising that the 1st came off as stronger (My stone skipped farther), I thought the Uchihas were supposed to be the elite in everything? Well except poor ol' Obito . That gives it a slight difference in the SasuNaru relationship.

My prediction is that maybe Madara once got stronger than Hashi, then Hashirama got way stronger than him until they became equals by the fight. As for the Mito, though she likely is a Sakura parallel, I don't see her mirroring the NaruSaku relationship too much overall. The marriage seemed arranged and I was under the impression that she never really knew Hashi until later. Though I don't find Mito having a dislike of Hashi impossible, I actually find it very likely lol. I mean, with Hashirama's personality ... yeah, Mito would probably blow up. If she's anything like Sakura, after all. I see it as being the vague NaruSaku parallel.

I think it'll still be a NaruSaku parallel like the other three, just not as obvious. Would still be a parallel though if the above happened.

Part of me is excited to see more of the dynamics between MadaHashi but the other part of me is frustrated. I really don't want this Sasuke mini-arc to drag on much longer, I'm not patient enough to wait for his answer over several flashbacks, all the while with the knowledge that we still don't know where Sakura is.

I wish two chapters were released. I really want the plot to get somewhere and move along more instead of stalling. I probably wouldn't care as much if it had more in it but no it didn't.

And about Hashirama's circular marking on his forehead, I'm really not seeing the big deal. We still have no evidence that it directly connects to Sakura and will give her development. Honestly, a Hashi and Naruto connection is more likely than that (directly). Maybe it's the years of neglect and stalling eating at me, but I can't have raised hopes for a Slug Sage Mode through this. I blame Kishi.

Welp, its decided, Obito will betray Madara and defeat him, then Sakura will activate the thousand hands, and Sasuke will wrap his Susanoo over Naruto's Kyuubi so the Kyuubi has over 9000 tails.

Then we get a close up as they hold hands while defeating the Juubi.

Exactly. This is the one thing that has been aggravating me while reading this thread some people need to learn how to read the flow of a storyline better... the jokes are fun and all, but it's getting annoying, people. Seriously.

I think that when Hashi and Madara start using ninjutsu that Madara will have the upper hand at the beginning and act a little arrogant because he's now better then Hashi, but not soon after Hashi surpasses him and he gets frustrated once again. That would mirror it to Sasuke's jealousy of Naruto's growth at the end of Part 1.

If Mito is meant to be a parallel it will definitely be of Sakura. The patterns follows with Tsunade, Kushina and Rin. In some shape of form they have characteristics that can make one think of Sakura. I don't see why Kishi would break that pattern.

That said I'm becoming more curious as to what type of personality Mito has. I don't see any chance for her to be like Hinata. The only people used for associations are Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura. Even if Hinata was the important character that she's mistaken to be, it still wouldn't make sense for Kishi to use her for that. So far the impression I get from Mito is that she's similar to Konan, dignified, but given that we had misconceptions about Hashirama it wouldn't surprise me if the same happens with her. And given her Uzumaki lineage I can only imagine her as being a fiery girl.

I, on the other hand, am kind of expecting a young Mito to give a good punch to Hashi if he does something reckless.

As much as I want Hashirama's forehead symbol to be foreshadowing to something Sakura will do it might just be by chance that they're the same. It could be that the symbol has varied significance and that one was used for Sakura while the other is used for Hashi's sage arts.

I would really want for Sakura to awaken same markings as Hashi on her forehead since it would fittingly go with her symbol as shown in those initial chapters of the series, but it feels too improbable for her to have learn sage arts. I would think it's more likely for her to have learned the Creation Rebirth jutsu before something like this.

Maybe if creation rebirth is explained to use sage arts to save chakra, and then show that Sakura somehow mastered and improved the technique to the level it becomes similar to what Hashirama used, but that's still a long shot. Then there's the fact that Kishi would need to come up with a brilliant explanation as to how Sakura was able to learn all of this. If Sakura doesn't know it already then she will in the epilogue or not at all since I don't think there will be any more time for individual training now that we're near the end of the story.

I am hoping that this year is not a repeat of a mass cast shafting, I mean it took them practically 36 weeks or something in 2012 to say they were coming to help the fight in the ten tails and they finally arrived around november.

2012 was not that eventful for the manga, it was kages vs madara which was good, but left us in a cliffhanger we only see later, Sasuke and Itachi vs Kabuto was not bad but then we had to spend a few weeks in Kabuto's past which we did not care about, then we alternated in and out of Naruto and co vs Obito and his 6 paths, it was just too uneventful in my opinion.

In 2013 we only got like 6 or 7 chapters with the whole alliance fighting the ten tails and now cut away to Sasuke, I'm not upset with Sasuke but this flashback stuff better not be a whole time consuming process, I mean we are listen to the 1st hokage, that should be enough, I don't and absolutely hope we are not stuck listening to the backstory for each kage, we know the 3rd and Minato well enough, maybe something on the 2nd only for why he created the edo tensi but thats all, Sasuke will get his answer or some outlook after the 1st finishes, I really want to see the battles resume in March or something, I mean its only been 2 months this year and technically only 6 chapters in this year so far out of a possible 45 or so but please we don't want things to endlessly drag on.

Just let the 1st tell his story, Sasuke gets an idea at least for his answer, 2nd maybe just says why he made the edo tensi, 3rd and 4th only have minor input and Sasuke learns Minato is Naruto's father, then they hoof it out of there and go to the battlefield giving us a few weeks focused on something else.
