And I know real gamers never cheat but I was more interested in the story than the game play. (especially Derek a Angie's relationship)

Yes I beat them fair and square too. Trauma centre was the ONLY game I ever cheated on.

Yes it does. That's why it took me almost a year and a half to beat Zelda II. I swear that game is almost impossible. Not even ALttP was as hard as that.

I actually only had to cheat once on AoL. I can't remember what it was, I think it was something to do with that random hidden village.
That game was ridiculously hard though. I remember my brother would keep trying to get me to stop playing it after seeing how stupid the gameplay was. But...it was the only Zelda game I hadn't beaten, so my inner Zelda fan sort of forced me to finish that nonsense.

Though, now that I think about it, I guess I still technically haven't gotten 100% on Four Swords Anniversary Edition. Frickin' Moblins are so hard in 2-D. Their spears are 3x the size of Link's body!

A Link To The Past is the only Zelda game I can say that I've beaten without a guide or help, I guess playing it during my childhood for hours helped me remember where everything is at.
