NH fans are fans who have fallen in love with Hinata that's all...and they just envision her as the main female lead, so that is why they hate Sakura, because Sakura is the real female lead. They envision her with Naruto since Naruto is the main protagonist, so they see Sakura as a treat as well, because Naruto since the manga began, has loved Sakura.


So they really have nothing to do, but to troll around NS boards and youtube. Write Doujinshi and fanfiction, and brainwash fans into thinking it is real.

I still find it quite hilarious that people actually hate and berate a character that's a work of fiction, but then again I suppose that means the people that do that have too much time on their hands or just no life at all.

We don't see her after about age 11- when she was still flat chested. (although the scene with Mito appears to possibly be somewhat later, and there's possibly a hint of maybe around A cup breasts and the beginning of a hip curve- like Sakura at the end of part 1), until she was in late pregnancy with Naruto in her 20's, but based on her breasts being around C cup size in pregnancy it's likely pre pregnancy she was B cup.

Wrong, and completely sidestepping the point of my post.

Hinata's role is to worship the hero and fan the flames of the pairing. That role is crucial to the story as Kishi has written it. it cannot be dropped or replaced.

Id disagree again. I can put Konohomaru and even Moegi and Udon into the same role and still comeout with the same or even better story plot. Konohomaru was worshipping the hero long before Hinata even showed up and is jsut as suitable.

As to fanning the flames of his love life absolutley I could easilly do so. Hell Ino would make a better character in that regard, heck i could throw Karin into that role with little difficulty

there stll remains not a single point of plot relevance that she is involved in that could not be done with a different character just as well or better.

It goes back to the original point of this discussion. The character of Hinata has done zero, squat, nothing to earn this abject put on a divine pedestal by fans and animators alike hero worhip that she has been endowed with.

This divine mystical place of importance which resides only in their minds is a staggering incongruity for a character that if we look factually at her place in the story could easily vanish and wouldnt disrupt the story in the slightest.

C'mon. What about TenTen? She could do it. She needs a role beyond the token female of Team Gai. I think it would be an interesting experiment for the NaruSaku fandom. Would they hate her as much as Hinata if she filled that role?

In regards to tenten this is where tricksies argument prior actually would count fully. as a Hyuuga etc or a civilian she would have more to offer plot wise then tenten. her status as token female unfortunately is what dooms her in that regard.

though of ocurse fan fiction does offer fun possibilities as it always does.

I think Tenten will have much more praise, not only she would've gotten some development but she has good looks and has (from what I get from her in manga and anime) a spunky and outspoken personality. I would've been fine if Kishimoto throw in some NaruTen if she had taken the romantic role for balancing the love triangle pairings by replacing NaruHina.

Yep I believe that's what's going to happen Neji and Hinata might be put into an arrange marriage but NH fans they keep saying "ewwww cousins marrying each other that's so wrong it's gross" apparently they don't know how a clan like the Hyuga works since it's the traditional clans of Japan when it comes to internal marriage between relatives. Also Neji and Hinata they are the perfect variation of the concept Yin and Yang and not like NH fans say that its Naruto and Hinata the ones who forms that concept.

Such relationships weren't all that uncommon in European nobility either.

I don't think the function of traditional Japanese clans we be what controls that. I think what would really matter is whether it's taboo among the target audience. The main issues I have this would arrange it? And as I argued in the debate thread...doesn't the fact that it is arranged by someone else (i.e. they aren't choosing it themselves) run counter to the purpose of the arrangement would be (tearing down of clan tradition)?
