And, as much as I hate to say it, I doubt it's a narusaku kiss. They wouldn't throw that into a movie without it happening in the manga...orrrr would they?
It's happened with Inuyasha and they didn't even kiss in the manga

As awesome as it would be, I highly doubt Naruto and Sakura would kiss before they even get together in canon.
I can't wait to see an accurate translation of what that person said, because from the reactions of people who have seen the movie and/or read the book, this movie definitely has some gratuitous amounts of NaruSaku moments

I REPEAT it CAN happen

I am a little disappointed though, since I've heard Kishi was involved in this, and we're still getting the lame 'princess' character as a movie love interest. Oh well, I remember hearing Kishi was involved in the 3rd Shippuden movie, and the OCs in that were just lame. Seriously, the minions' names were Ichi, Nii, and San (1, 2, and 3 in Japanese), and the main villain had the same name as Sasori's puppet body, Hiruko. Maybe Kishi helped with the basic story for that and this movie, but handed the OC's off to the anime team. *shrug*
I love that the author of the tweet appears to be a NaruSaku fan though. It's good knowing we've got some allies in Japan.

Ah I see. Well, that's better than! Thanks for clarifying that!

True ; Sakura's feelings for Naruto seem pretty obviously romantic in this movie from what I'm hearing (what with her getting all jealous and everything), so I'm glad for that.
Still, as others have said, it's not canon, so regardless of what happens in the movie, the most we're really getting is some nice fan service (not that I'm complaining about that or anything of course

True - though it would be nice if they could find a better way of displaying Sakura's feelings for Naruto other than through jealousy (and it would be nice to see more of Naruto expressing his feelings for Sakura as well). They've played that card in the second and fourth Shippuuden movies, and in filler as well (when that girl who gave the kiss of death to Naruto).

I guess what others say about not being canon it's true but apparently they don't know Kishi was involve in the movie so maybe we should consider this movie a bit of canon from the manga.

Even with Kishi's involvement, I'm not sure that the movie would be considered canon. I'm pretty sure it still doesn't make it canon, because it's not part of the manga storyline.
I think all that happens with Kishi's involvement is that the characterization is more accurate. I'm guessing its no coincidence how the movies with Kishi's input (ship 3 and this one) have the most NaruSaku moments.

The trailer pretty much confirms she's female. And another thing, she's actually in love with Muku, the son of the antagonist. Although that scene between her and Naruto is certainly curious.....

I think you're right about that. Unless it's actually a part of the canon, it probably can't be considered canon. I think the movies, in general, are just meant to serve as stand-alone plots.
I recall reading somewhere how Toriyama actually helped with a lot of Dragonball Z movies, and he himself mentioned how he didn't put much stock into how they were supposed to fit into the overall story. Maybe Kishi's the same way with these movies.

True, the 3rd Shippuden movie had a lot of NS moments. The "He heals so fast, that's MY Naruto!" line was great. So was Sai's "A woman becomes stronger to protect the man she loves" line.

In fact, at least in the movie category, NS has dominated all the other pairings. Hinata's only appeared in the 2nd and 3rd Shippuden movies, and I don't recall any big NaruHina scenes in either one. Sasuke was only in the 1st (Part 1) and 2nd Shippuden movies, and he only interacted with Sakura in the first one. So, if we make it a contest, it looks like we dominate in movie fillers.

Trying my hand at it too-
"Naruto movie impression- Sakura is worried about Naruto, she loves him... truly loves Naruto. This time I'm satisfied to see very little weakness in Sakura. When Ryuukittena kisses Naruto, Sakura reacts 'Aa-' I was satisfied at what I saw!! Again, Sakura is in love with Naruto."
"Ryuukittena when kissing Naruto entrusts life to them (I guess the poster means both Naruto and Sakura, since the sentence structure implies plural- I checked to be sure in Japan Excite's English translation tool and it does come out "them" there as well.) then dies. I don't know what else to say, but I was impressed."
