As I've heard, Ohana posted spoilers. It's something along these lines. "Ten tail is out of control! What will Madara do now?"... so i guess we just have to wait and see.
Ten tails is out of control: CALLED IT
This was in sight, we knew Obito could not control it himself, he is not strong enough. Madara is but needs to be alive for it.
This ten tails fight was a 3 cornered conflict from the start and had a goal:
Allaince to simply defeat them- kill obito and seal madara
Obito- to control the ten tails with Madara before it matures but holds leverage over madara with the rinne tensi
Madara- has the benefits of the edo tensi and unlimited power but needs to give this up to fully control the ten tails for obito to die
The problem for all of them is well the ten tails, the lesser evil right now is the thing is at least under control. The true factor is, how will anyone handle the ten tails if Madara and Obito are gone from it? Only thing I can think of is the 7 other beasts gaining resistance to the ten tails inside, if they have their awareness, this situation like in other fiction could be them fighting against it deep inside or something. The names thing will come back I bet.
Well nothing spoiler-wise, I mean we knew they controlled the ten tails, it was obvious without them, that it would go unbound. Now the alliance may take a big hit.
As for Sakura, well aside from her development concerning Naruto and Sasuke and the ways this can go too (good as we hope, NaruSaku being canon but Sakura acts better around Sasuke like not reverting and forgives him in the end but goes to Naruto). The real other development can be well,
"her coming full bloom". Not concerning her role with team 7, Sakura was made to represent human weakness, she thought she was a good ninja, naruto as a pest, sasuke as perfect. She matured later on, in the FOD she was caught in an impossible situation and resolved to train to be like Naruto, Sasuke, and Lee, able to handle herself so she could benefit her team. She saw Naruto was not annoying had a good heart and changed after she found out he saved her. Found sasuke though talented did have his flaws. After Sasuke left, she resolved to train with Tsunade and then came her other big trait, helping Naruto in anyway she could including getting Sasuke back. When it came to herself though her goal of helping Naruto has had some shortcomings (4 tails, bringing Sasuke back, confession, attempted to kill Sasuke), she in ways wanted to help Naruto even not cause him pain and make amends. Though she is putting her faith in Naruto, she is not just determined to sit around, we still see the "We are all going to fight together" Sakura is basically catching up with everything if her development goes well, its at a point that no matter if Naruto would tell her to run she would be willing to stay to die if it meant helping him. If Sakura is any development left aside from overcoming Sasuke, its surpassing tsunade (if even by morals if not powerup), fulfilling herself to Naruto in some way, helping him in his goal and getting completion in herself. She did fail against Sasuke but in this late battle with everyone else. If she does join the fight against the ten tails or does something against Obito or Madara, or comes to something else in Naruto vs Sasuke, this can be the time for Sakura to overcome what she didn't have back in the land of iron, commit to her resolutions and help in bringing them herself, not letting Naruto and the others do it for her. Basically as kishi once said, Sakura always had the potential and latent ability to be a heroine and she has been one, but mainly in the series as a mentally developed one, but now the time can come for her to fulfill herself and stand by the others, mainly Naruto.
Many people say Sakura is always sidelined, well its true she has not been in as many fights but she always gains more mentality based development, watching on the sidelines is not completely sidelining. Sidelining is when the characters are literally offscreen for durations, even entire arcs. Last year was a big sidelining event. Thats the idea. Only Naruto, Kakashi, Bee, Guy, Obito, Sasuke, Itachi, Kabuto, Tsunade, Gaara, Mei, Ay, Onnoki, and Madara were the focus of attention in different periods last year. Only 14 characters for the majority of last year were covered. The K11 and the rest of the cast minor or major not with the aforementioned were sidelined. Sakura even just being back as a medic though is still technically taking part in a fight, this included pain and the ten tails when she just healed. You don't have healers fight now do you? Sakura only ever fought when it was necessary or in personal defense. Yet as much as we want to see her do more, she is a medic first, fighter second. Sasori is her only major fight in shippuden (as far as now) but she still did technically take part in the events when Obito mocked the Itachi hunting team, pain attacked the village, got caught up in facing Sasuke, facing the 7 swordsmen, and now this. Generally anyone who at least participated in these at least had a role, this means anyone who was in the events when facing the enemies. So Sakura has been in a few fights technically, just her role has been minor like most others. Shino can be counted in the fight when Obito mocked them or same with Lee when it came to the 7 swordsmen fight. Anyone there had at least a minor role so they participated in the fights just not a major central role. I don't say Hidan because Shikamaru technically finished the fight so she and Sai could not do anything. But you get the idea, someone at least taking action in some form in the fights is still participating, even for Sakura if its healing, its her job. Medics keep others alive, thats why teams have higher rates of success and survivability.
