Well it is early screening. Hardcore of hardcore goes there.
Anyway, it seems like Boruto don't have lightning technique. It's that tech. Huh...

It was the technology at first. But he awakens lightning release later on in the movie after the villains appear

Am I the only one wondering why the hell Naruto, the guy with a crap ton of stamina (plus a big  demon fox inside him giving him it's chakra ) is exhausted due to a normal day of work? I mean, the guy didn't get "tired" when he was fighting for his life back in the war and now he is tired because he's been moving a lot and doing things a normal mayor does? 

 

This movie is a joke

 

Oh, and of course there would be a good reaction from the early screening because most people there are of course, people who still associate themselves with the series

Also it looks like the fights animation was nice, too bad it doesn't make up for the horrible, no cohesive plot

 

Besides are you guys also wondering why there are still ninjas if normal people can replicate ninjutsu with technology?

 

Is anyone else also wondering how the hell their technology level got so high after only 12 years?

That's what I said, ninjas are pointless, why do they even exist if a kekkei genkai can be copied by technology?

 

Also I wouldn't be surprised if it was indeed some kind of lightsaber, hell at this rate I won't be surprised if I see space ships there

Good lord! I heard the Japanese fans liked the the film in the early screening. Why kitten about the franchise all over 2chan if they are going to fill Kishi and SP's pockets full of Yen

So it wasn't enough that they copied from DB, now they copied Star Wars.

Oh wait they already made light-sabers or at least a cheap knock off way back in part 1 of the anime. It was one of the filler episodes.

Now that's just stupid, so he can use a Hyuuga technique without the eyes or any form of help?

 

Or are Byakugan eyes like Sharingan, where you can turn them on or off, now?

Imao, now I get the full picture: Naruto sent in a shadow clone to Himawari's birthday b/c he's too busy. Turns out that Naruto is too exhausted, so just when the shadow clone of him was holding the birthday cake, it disappeared. That's why the cake landed on the ground.

So not only was he "too busy" to personally train Boruto, but even to attend one of his children's own birthdays? And once again, he uses the Kage Bunshin backwards; using the Kage Bunshin to deal with the family side while his real self in dealing with still pretty menial things when it should be the other way around. Shows where his priorities are.

 

Salad is on a team with the "son" of the man that tried to take her father's body, attacked the leaf, and killed one of their kages.

 

Boruto is on a team with the "son" of the man, who tried to kill his father several times and caused his beast friend to leave the village.

 

The man responsible for illegal child experiments, killings of two kages, and attack on one of the hidden villages, is allowed to send his son to that same village and is facing no repercussions.

 

Seems legit.

Even him "getting rusty" is no excuse because the amount he would have to be "rusty" to be exhausted after a day of such menial tasks would have to be down to freaking civilian or academy student levels.


Boruto cheating using technology and such...aren't they supposed to be "ninja" who are supposed to be about "deception" and "doing whatever it takes to win" and whatnot (given it's obvious that Naruto did nothing to change the system)? When the hell did they become samurai and about "honor"/fair fights all of a sudden?

And as mentioned, what's the point of clans, ninja, and jutsu if they can be so easily copied with technology? And if using technology in such a way is so bad apparently, then why bother having it to begin with?

i'm kinda glad that sakura is no longer heroine, so i don't have to watch my fave go through kishi's sexist treatment yet again.

 

i'd rather sakura fade into the background than suffer the humiliation of being 'useless' like what hinata is going through now; failing to rescue naruto and getting injured. typical of kishigirls.

i'm kinda glad that sakura is no longer heroine, so i don't have to watch my fave go through kishi's sexist treatment yet again.

Yeah, that's what the NH/SS extremists fail to see with their constant "you're just mad it didn't happen"; that the logical NS fans don't even care anymore nor have cared for months, and don't even want Kishi to try to make it happen anymore because they know he would just completely screw it up somehow. Like even if they got together, it would be just as rushed and undeveloped as NH/SS were thus would not be satisfying at all to most NS fans except for its own small pocket of extremists. Logical NH/SS fans are completely dissatisfied with how Kishi made those happen, but they feel like they're the minority.

A lot of good points here, and I agree with you, ninjas are pointless honestly I don't know why they still exist in the first place
