Funny that you mentioned the modern times of use of media. Stuff like them have to force writers to think many more logic basis of what could have happened. It's like horror films, do it today's era setting with same story/scenarios wouldn't work the same.
Exactly, like the Blair Witch project worked as it took advantage of the more readily available camcorders at the time.
Another thing this chapter seems to contradict the previous chapters, Azami made this big speech about everyone being treated fairly and nobody being eft behind, then this week, proves himself to be a hypocrite by showing them, that they are all garbage who will be thrown away if they try to rise to the level of the elite 10.
Last week started to show the cracks in the recent events, most of us including me got really hyped about the events happening, but last couple of weeks realisation crept in that the direction it's going may not be for the best and then this week, just seems to have everyone just facepalming about how absurd the current events are.
I don't think it's a good idea for the future of the manga to keep on his route and it might be a good idea for the mangaka to end the current arc and go back to the way the manga was going. This reminds me allot of Bleach with it's Aizen battle arc. People got tired of the manga, and the way things were going and it dropped in rating. It went from the top three to one you read due to habit, and don't even care about the content...Literally I read it every week and have nothing to say about it.
