Poor Shino. He's probably the most neglected character in the manga.

In this series, it's better to be neglected. At least, you're sure they won't ruin that character....yet.

With the way the filler is going, we won't get to the CPR episode, until late July or August, when Burrito comes out.( probably the latter, so that they can blow what little budget they have on the movie, while the episodes are treated like kitten, as usual.)

 

This filler is still in part 2 of the chunin exams, and we'd still need part 3, along with an episode or two dedicated to Naruto. So, unless they cut the filler short, we won't see any canon episodes, till the end of summer.

 

Also from what I been told, the anime is dropping each week so, I don't seeing lasting beyond summer. Since SP knows that the Kaguya arc is the most boring one and people hate the original ending of the manga. It's highly possible that they will cut the anime short somewhere in summer.

 

My god. why are they trying soo hard to delay that beautiful moment . I have this fear they gonna change the scenario and make hinata instead the one who will use CPR and hold narutos heart with his palm and make sakura fall from gara sands. Curse you SP and Hinata fans.

 

Questions guys , do you still have hope deep down somewhere in your heart that this is just a HUGE troll or genjutsu and in the end NS will still gonna happen?.

I mean the bench scene still unresolve and need to be resolve.

 

From Kishi, nah its over. I see the only thing that can happen for NS is the True Ending chapter being the last anime episode and SP does some 2-3 minute glimpse into the future and the ending of the episode hints NS.

Lol, that's true. Shino managed to come out of this unscathed, can't say that for most everyone else. Shino's the lucky one I guess.

So Ria and I ended up discussing about Naruto somehow, and we came to the same conclusion as always. Naruto can be considered one of the best series from volume 1-48 basically from the beginning of the series to the pain arc (chapter 450) That would be our recommendation to someone that reads the series.

I mean when you really look at it in the scope of things Naruto really wanted acknowledgment from everyone and that is precisely what he got and earned by chapter 450. While there were some good stuff that came after 450 it was mainly overshadowed by the bad. So I mean I might get volumes 44-48 and just sell volumes 49-69. Ok just thinking about it, what do you guys think? I need some suggestions before I make a decision.

That's old news. Why in the hell would anyone be concerned about Kakashi's face? It's an inconsequential minute detail that serves no greater purpose whatsoever. The last thing on my mind is what Kakashi's face looks like.

Kishimoto is a simpleton, so it's no surprise he thinks people still care about something that's been ignored for years.

They're both from Pandora Hearts, which is a thousand times better than Naruto.

It's weird that they're focusing on this now. The only thing I can think is that it serves two purposes:

 

1. to try to lure back some of the old fans and keep them interested long enough to hook them into the new series;

 

2. to set up a scenario for the new series where Bolt sets his sights on removing Kakashi's mask, just like his dear ol' dad once did with Team 7. This could be aimed at newer fans who aren't as familiar with the old manga. Kishi/SJ/SP are intentionally showing audiences the scenes they need to know, just like the NH-centric pamphlet given out during The Last. My guess is this rehash of the old manga chapter will contain some retconning of Team 7 to better suit the Naruto-Sasuke-Kakashi dynamic to come in the Bolt series.  

 

I'm to the point where I don't even look at this as the same series anymore. Same characters, but the ending and the new series might as well have been written by someone else entirely. It's just not the same.

 

So it's frustrating to see them deal with revealing Kakashi's face, a subject that, although silly, I wouldn't mind seeing reillustrated because I personally loved those little Team 7 little and wished they'd done more of them back then. But, like everything else I had hoped to see in the ending — more Team 7 bonding, Naruto's Hokage-ship, the future career of Sakura and the lives of the rest of rookies, etc. — revisiting Kakashi's mask is bound to be disappointing. This is not the manga I once liked, so revisiting those scenes is sure to be tainted by everything else that has changed about it.

 

I'm expecting another ret-con. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised at all if the managed to show Sakura as abusive and Hinata peeking around a corner, blushing and doe-eyed. Ugh.

With all the backlash in the Narutoverse, I think TV Tokyo gave them the notice besides decrease of popularity to make more room for other shows. And you notice how SP made Chie said those pro-NS comments in the interview seems like a joke. First they said that Narutos love for Sakura is only for rivalry with Sasuke and he couldn't tell the difference between ramen and love. You see how SP likes to discard the actual events wants to go back to the original. In positive at least 60% that the CPR True Ending will be the last episode SP animates. All they doing is try to salvage their reputation if they do that because they know NS was the core of the manga.

Well he said he was intended to go with NS but he felt pity for Hinata. I wonder how much pride he swallowed by sabotaging his work and his reputation by pity of a side character? Judging from his facial expression in the latest photos of him, recieving a reward (perhaps the walk on new comer). It looks like he regretted that he pitied Hinata

Kishimoto never said he was going with NS. He said he only considered it at some point but he felt that Sakura moving own from Sasuke would make her a terrible person. My guess is because Sakura already confessed she was in love with Sasuke and for some reason, once a girl loves somebody, she can never love another in Kishimoto's sh*tty world. 

 

You can even see the proof characters like Tsunade and Kurenai never moved on even though the men they loved (Dan and Asuma) died a long time ago. Sakura's love for Sasuke was always the problem and it ended up being the major reason why NS never became canon.

 

This isn't rocket science. NS was doomed because of Kishimoto's belief that women cannot move on from their first love.

Besides Naruto has been crap since  long time ago, a different ending could help but wouldn't take the crap status out of these series

NS become canon will not save the manga and the ending.
It only end romance department in a good note.
