No I'm not his supporter. But that last interview could really kill his career. Do you know how much Japanese professionals take care of their fans and customers? In Japan there is a saying, "customers are gods". We take work and how customers view us VERY seriously. Anyone who treats their fans or customers like objects are considered "scum". And that is what he is now. He openly admitted that he was spending his time developing a fake pairing and ignoring the real one just to mislead his supporters for over 15 years. It doesn't matter whether you're NH/SS/NS. What he did is considered disgusting. Even if he really was that kind of a sick kitten you don't say it to the magazine. You don't make the fans read that you were toying with them. You know that he doesn't care about NH fans reading the interview don't you. His interview is focused solely on undermining NS and making fun go the fans instead of some in-depth story of how NH has came to be. His interview is a constant middle finger to his fans that supported his story. This spiteful act is there for a reason. If really supported this movie and the movie afterwards he would have waited giving the middle finger to his fans AFTER they are over.

Uhmm, but...the thing is, I can understand all that, but you are ignoring my point. Why would he even need to do all this? Why is he in this position in first place? I understand that, if this is the truth, he decided to "equate" in some way the damage he has done commiting virtual harakiri. But what about the first motives? Why do you think he changed the story then? I'm not looking him in a good light even then because of his last "sacrifice" to us, when he first betrayed us.

 

But you already said that you are not his supporter, so I believe you. I just can't find myself to look him with softer eyes.

Welp, much love to everyone on this thread who decided to wait it out. Really respect the dedication to see it through to the end. Don't feel bad and keep your heads up. I'm pretty confident you can all write/draw a better and more deserving ending to our favorite characters. It's still a bit early for the people still licking their wounds but I think this will motivate everyone to submit entries into the H&E contest now that the deadline has been extended (although I've never written and absolutely suck at drawing, I may give writing a proper ending a shot). To Chatte, who started this thread, it's too bad Kishi didn't see it at all. He's too ignorant and short sighted to ever look that far into his own work.
