Am I the only one who thinks it's strange that we never saw anything EVER about Konaha being cold (I always assumed it was just somewhere warm and humid) but now it's all snowy? And even then, Ino goes for the midriff shirt... Almost as dumb as Hinata wearing that stupid coat all the time.

 

No you aren't the only one, I've bought it up a few times already, the filler of the movie starts with the weather, and just continues right to the end of the closing credits.

 

 

If this movie bombs then it proves that they are not falling for Kishi's bullsh**.

 

Funny thing is, I bet the movie would have done much better if Kishi and his team of merry men didn't open their mouth, the NaruHina and SasuSaku fans were going to watch this movie regardless, but the crap that's come out since the first trailer has killed the buzz for everyone, even many of the hardcore probably read the spoilers and realise the movie doesn't even paint them in a positive light, the love story between Naruto and Hinata without taking into consideration any of the all 698. It's basically an admittance that they were misrading the manga as well, their pairings really did not have any real development either.

 

You know guys, I think Kishimoto said that "I have mislead you guys purposly" was just an anger-unleash towards those retard, stupid NS fanatists (fanatists and not fans, there's a huge difference) who went too far!

 

Think about it! Writters also just people/humans who wish to make what they want, then some of their fans became insanes because they don't like someone! What would a human do, regardless who or what is he/she? Tries to unleash the stress and anger piled up the retards. It is understandable, cause face it: getting death threats, being harrassed by the fanatists who are not only harrasing you but even your assisstants and other collegas, creating petitions to ban your manga ect easily can drive someone mad enough to make a sinister anger-unleash. Yes, he went to far too and should not punishing the normal fans (because there are stupid retard fanatists everywhere, NS not exception neither), but don't forget who started it with the harrasings and banning petitions.

 

So I guess some days later he will apologies and tells that the stupid fanatists made him a bit angry with their harrasings and stupidity.

 

lol....you do know these press interviews are screened right? Kishi would have had his advisors train him on the types of questions he will be asked, they would have likely screened the questions being asked as well, he would have been prepped before hand for all this, in many cases the interviewer is actually given the questions he or she is allowed to ask. If Kishi made the comments that he did, it would had very likely had been cleared from the PR guys. This isn't like some comment made on Twitter or on Facebook, this is a pre-planned interview.

 

One thing has become blatantly obvious is that the fans in Japan are asking the same questions we are asking on this site, because everytime an interview comes out it tries to answer some of those questions only they do it so badly that instead of satisfying the people asking the questions, it just leaves them with more questions, and ends up pissing off a whole new set of fans.

 

It really is like a train wreck watching Kishi and the SP people trying to justify themselves. It shouldn't be like this, Kishi was the one who wrote the series, SP were the ones that animated the series, they should know the content of the series better than anyone, all the fans are throwing at them is content they created, we aren't making up fantasies to get our point accross, we are using the source material as evidence for our case...and the fact they can't answer the questions in a acceptable manner just goes to show how little they cared about the series.

 

I've said this before, but I would have thought Kishi would think of the charactors of Naruto as his own children, he would care to give them the best ending written in the best way possible. This story was his livelihood, it put food on the table, gave him fame, and fortune, and fans in all four corners of the world, fans that fought for him, when he was accused of being a bad writer, and a troll. But in a matter of a month, he's managed to destroy the trust of who knows how many fans, we could be looking at thousands maybe even in the hundreds of thousands.

 

Two chapters and movie should not be so damaging that fans would burn their entire collection over, the ending should not be so bad that hundreds of pounds worth of merchandise would be considered Bonfire fuel overnight.

Naruto ending up with Hinata was decided in the very early stages of the story.
Naruto being close to Sakura was a deliberate mislead, thats why the scenes of Sakura being compared to Kushina were introduced.
The Last Movie is not only the story of Naruto falling in love with Hinata, but it is the story of Sakura & Naruto parting ways.
He felt the story of Naruto falling in love with Hinata has to be propely explained, or it wouldnt be fair to the readers. Thats why the Last Movie exists.

As deplorable and unjust NH may be, it doesn't tear my skull apart like SS would. Still, a shower of cherry blossoms in an NH scene? These people are kicking, spitting, and defecating on helpless, motionless corpses now. It isn't enough that they give the cold shoulder to what the manga was directing towards or what Sakura's character symbolises, no, they have to take it a step further by giving Hinata the symbolical cherry blossom.

Please, someone tell me that the Japanese fandom has realised the atrocities Pierrot and Kishi are committing with this ending and movie.

 

I guess that's the official message that HInata is Sakura's replacement.

“All I need now is a movie to retcon everything…” Grinchmoto looked around.
And there he found Studio Periot standing around. 

“ Lets make Hinata the heroine instead!” he said, and the Studio eagerly agreed.
So they called up their directors, their assistants and animators. They wrote a script and it was okay.
“No!” He screamed, throwing the papers away. “This simply won’t do, it has to be worse!”
So they wrote it again and again until it was a mass of soggy,mushy shoujo clichés.
Then he released the final two chapters and let the world believe it was a lie.

The fan’s sat stunned in their homes as they stared at their magazines. “This isn’t right!"  
They all cried, but for the Naruhina’s and the Sasusaku’s.
“It must be a lie!” Cried the Narusaku’s. “In the movie all will be well!” and they all quieted down for the night.

“This is just step number one!” The cruel Grinchmoto hissed,
and he crawled to the roof of the first little house whose windows were all dark and slid down the chimney, the bags in his hand fisted tight.
The he stuck his head out of the fire place where all the little subplots he’d abandoned long ago hung neatly in a row.
“These,” He grinned. “Are the first things to go!”
Then he slithered and slunk, with a smile most unpleasant,

Around the whole room, and he took every parallel!

Sakura’s development! Naruto’s confession! Karin’s whole being! The cycle of hate! Popcorn! And logic!
 

And he stuffed them in bags. Then the Grinchmoto, very nimbly,

Stuffed all the bags, one by one, up that chimney!

Then he slunk to the icebox. He took the fan's Naruto Drink!

He took the Fan’s love! He took their ability to stomach his face!

He cleaned out that icebox as quick as a flash.

You overestimate the larger part of his fanbase, they have no standards. That's why this movie will do well despite everything.

I wasn't really talking about the movie. I was talking about Kishi's future. The way a series of this scale ends is very important. Now I'm sure that because of the unsatisfying ending he won't get much of a reception for any other series he
might publish. Didn't he foresee something like this? Or was he really that blind towards his work and fans?
