I figured it out. Because eventually ninjas are going to be come your everyday average citizens and will need weapons to defend themsleves. So instead we'll have kids running around with weapons that can destroy villages. And adults will use them in place of guns to keep people off their lawns.
Makes sense. 
I shouldn't question Kishimoto's geniusness.

Aaahh please, anybody can tell me what's the plot of the movie ? I wanna know how ridiculous it is !
Well from what people posted before; the way I see it this movie doesn't really have a plot. It's just a bunch of random scenes slapped together and that's it.
Which I've told you - time and time again - is dangerous! There will never be consensus, son, among those you have helped to ascend. They will all differ in their views of what it means to be free. The peace you so desperately seek does not exist.
These men are united now by a common cause. But when this battle is finished they will fall to fighting amongst themselves about how best to ensure control. In time it will lead to war. You will see.

From what the spoilers stated, Naruto and Sakura don't even interact. So don't hope for any NS scenes
Thank God. I would rather not see these versions of Naruto and Sakura interact and destroy the chemistry between the original Naruto and Sakura.

No, really that's really it.
Judging from that post from narutobase, it's just really dumb movie. And I can't tell what's it really about; because it looks like random scenes put together and sold as Kishi's masterpiece.

Good lord! I heard the Japanese fans liked the the film in the early screening. Why kitten about the franchise all over 2chan if they are going to fill Kishi and SP's pockets full of Yen
