The reason Sasuke is pissed is because Madara is going somewhere beyond his reach. I don't think Sasuke is the type of guy to say "kitten" just because someone evaded his attack.

i highly doubt sasuke said "kitten" in the true japanese version.

While I loathe the idea, I don't think Sasuke saving Sakura is as impossible as some of you are making it seem. He is the only one in the area who's capable of going against Madara besides Obito, who is already struggling to control black zetsu. Obito might be able to push Sakura away, but they are doomed beyond that if no one comes. Kakashi had his eye taken out and Naruto is dealing with the fake.

Well the scenario isn't completely impossible. Kishi can pull an infinite number of things out of his ass in order for things to favor Sasuke. But I just don't see Kishi having Sasuke of all people save Sakura. If anyone is saving Sakura it would make more sense for Obito to do so, considering that he's closest to her and plus there's that strong Loli obsession he has with Rin.

 

Preferably, I want Sakura to get that next power-up and hold her own and have Obito Kamui her the hell out of there because there's no way she can defeat Juudara.

I know, but it's not about what word he uses but on what context it's used. Maybe Sasuke said something like "damn" or "crap" or "oh no".

 

The point is that Sasuke knows there's nothing he can do about Madara going into another dimension which is why he got angry at that moment. If Sasuke knew he could follow Madara in there he would've just focused on that instead of being pissed about the situation.

 

This is why I don't get when people say that there's a chance that Sasuke could go there so save Sakura. There's no real evidence to show that Sasuke could go there. The only reason I see people contemplating the idea is because of the fear of an SS moment happening.

 

If Sasuke does go there and an explanation is given I'll accept it, but it doesn't take away from the fact that at the present moment there's no reason to believe it could happen outside of the believe itself.

If a Sakura/Rin parallel is going to move Obito to protect Sakura, there is going to have to be two things to make it complete.
1. Sakura's similarity with Rin.
2. The similarity of Obito's relationship with Rin and Naruto's relationship with Sakura.

Sakura's similarity with Rin herself is only limited to both of them being a medic nin, and the only girl in the team. However, this itself is not enough to make them a parallel that will prompt Obito to protect Sakura. Not to mention, all the other female medics share this trait.

I think it's absolutely necessary for Obito to realize that Sakura is paralleled to Rin because of the hero's(Obito/Naruto) love for the girl, and how the girls smile and support makes the hero stronger and fulfilled.

And this is why I think we might be able to get the replay of Naruto's recovery in Obito's flashbacks that would show how Obito/Rin is similar to Naruto/Sakura.

Urgh.....I need to drink a black coffee after writing such a sugary post. And I hate parallels so kittening much.

I mean that it does connect, but will Kishi just blurt out? That may be like something only us fans should just figure it out. Unless Kishi will go in details, having Minato saying it in a very exposition way that we can't miss it. Then again, that did happen in 631, so yeah...

I agree  with this 100% . People are basically freaking out for nothing especially SS they hope now that since Sasuke has the almighty asspull eye of the Juubi that he can use every sharingan jutsu and teleport to the Kamui dimension despite that his powers of the Rinengan were shown in this chapter and guess what he didn't have that ability plus if he had he wouldn't have needed Tobirama's assistance to get to Naruto and Madara . Also there is no evidence not even a hint that someone else beside the user can go to that dimension , the user of the jutsu dictates who can go in and out not the other way around also if it was possible for someone to get in while the user teleports to that place then that would be a weakness of the jutsu that Kishi has never presented to us before  if this was possible then he would have showed this weakness during the fight of Obito vs Naruto and Kakashi when the weaknesses of the jutsu were being revealed  presenting that now would be a plot hole . So Sasuke going in there is impossible .

 

Btw looking through this chapter again for the 10 time i noticed that Naruto trapped the shadow clone of Madara with that Seal Rasengan and it was established in this chapter that the damage that shadow receives is transferred to the original when the shadow returns to him right ? So maybe this is how Naruto can help Obito and Sakura by stopping/delaying the real Madara movements enough for Obito and Sakura or just Sakura to escape or fight BZ then escape this is what i think will happen .

I think you have slightly mixed up things , there is a novel Bonds(which is about Sasuke and his bonds with Itachi and a kid that resembles Naruto named Kina i think ) written by the same author who wrote the scenario for the movie Blood Prison .
