Eh, did you forget that period of time in which Obito would constantly spew his bullsh** about despair to Naruto, when he kept giving us flashback after flashback, and when he was finally getting the inevitable TNJ, that kitten was terrible.

God forbid Naruto have to finally fight a battle on two fronts, the physical fight, and the fight where someone forces him to think on his ideals in the midst of the fight. The despair stuff to Naruto was actually pretty good, as it helped cement Naruto and Obito as the same but opposite. You act like the flashback/TNJ routine wasn't a part of the story at all before that. Christ, the Sasuke fight lasted 4 chapters, half of which were random flashbacks that tried to retcon Sasuke actually respecting Naruto.

Almost All naruto character is hateful. That including main character.
Usually the one who doesn't get hate is the one who doesn't get screen time.

you're missing my point, this conversation had to do with you saying hinata is "so more popular than sakura", not about other characters being hated, people in japan HATED the road to ninja advertising, or did you miss the over blown hinata-centric advertising that made japan be sick of hinata stuff? like the hinata alarm clock? why do you think they shafted hinata and are doing the team seven advertisements now and are so desperate? because they already turned off too many people with the hinata advertisements and then how bad the movie was and they're still trying damage control over it. the damage control isn't just because of the ending and movie, the advertising blunder schemes are a big part of it too. my point is, if she was really as popular as you say, people wouldn't have been hating the overblown advertisement of her, they'd be wanting more of it....

Hinata is more popular because she's a side character who do nothing compare to sakura who is a main character, heroine and has more active role than Hinata.

Anyway we already have team 7 story to unmask kakashi.
It is the special chapter include in databook.

Why not do more? Two routes:

1) Troll the fans because this forced people to get it and admission to their exhibition to say, "We got sold greatly."

2) Actually show his face, basically f-u to the fans because people has to force to buy a ticket just for one moment.

Either way, it's cash grab gold mind.

well newsflash, she's only popular in the west, she's hated along with naruto in japan, one of the primary reasons being the advertisements making people sick of her, or did you think she was free from the hate that naruto and sakura get? just because she's not hated as much as naruto and sakura because of their trashed characters doesn't mean she's popular and not hated dude.....

I felt really bad for him. I cringed at one point when he snapped in the flashback. That's really the first time the manga had any effect on me. I cringed a second time when Madara told him that he was the one who set Rin up. I was like damn. I really felt for the guy.

All in all, I loved the flashback, I felt like it made Obito's pain more palpable than any other villains, which gave him more depth, as well as making him more relatable.

 

I know how you feel, although for me it was a very different situation. I say this because when it came to the revelation of Tobi's Mask I was prettty indifferent about him. Even when it came to the whole Rin stuff, yeah people kittened at "Oh kitten you did all of this for a girl." I mean I can see their point, but love is a very powerful thing. It can do crazy things for a person, I mean let's not all forgot Naruto went 4 tails for Sasuke so clearly that was indicating something  .  No but honestly Obito at least had a reasoning I mean he saw his bet friend kill the girl he loved right in front of him. I mean don't get me wrong if I were Obito kitten that would've affected me pretty hard too (minus the whole war stuff).     

 

I also agree with your point when it came to Obito's stand point as a villain he's someone you could tell was gonna realize his mistake and do whatever it took make it up to the people that cared about him. Plus I really loved how parallel Obito was to Naruto they were both truly 2 sides of the same coin. Obito is somebody Naruto could've become if he fell down that path, and it was a really interesting dynamic. Also when it came to his death scene I know many people were like "Finally that bastard is gone." but honestly his death was one of the most saddest kitten I've ever seen. A lot of people wanna say Neji but kitten that he died for a damn pairing that's just inexcusable. I mean I was shocked when Neji died but quickly went meh it didn't impact me as much as I thought it was going to. Obito's though almost brought me to tears like kitten last time a character's death in this series brought me to this point was Jiraiya who I believe is still the #1 saddest death in the series.

tbh, i'm not even interested in kakashi's face, considering I've seen so many fanart of it.

 

also, i would't be surprised if the anime is still going months after the burrito movie, considering filler is one of SP's favorite thing to do in this series.

Heh, I agree the series is sh*tty. Wait would that mean Sakura's obsession (Even though it doesnt come close to Naruto's) is justified because she loves him?  I admitted HashiMada is better but its not much of an insult to NaruSasu as that relationship is probably the best in the series.

How disingenuous can you be ? You gave a background to Naruto's affection for Sasuke, Sakura has none of that she just loves Sasuke because (most likely because Kishi wanted her out of Hinata's way and just gave up on her character), and at least Naruto can get some emotions out of Sasuke whether it's hate or jealousy or any other negative emotions he gets an emotional reaction from Sasuke whereas Sasuke only feels deep annoyance apathy and indifference towards Sakura. Naruto has an effect on Sasuke, Sakura doesnt. Don't make me loose my time please by acting dumb Im sure you understood what I meant.
As for Hashimada being the best it's just a subjective opinion, I guess for the standard of this manga it's ok but it's not that great either (look at my avatar this is how a good relationship is written and it completely trumps anything Naruto has to offer). Besides that wasn't my point, my point was that NaruSasu who was developed troughout the manga, 700 chapters and 15 years, still fell short compared to Hashimada which took only few chapters to develop which in turn clearly shows NaruSasu is bad writing because logically something more developed should be better. I don't think what I said was that hard to understand, so if you could please not completely avoid or deflect my points I would be grateful so I won't have to lose time making a long post explaining what should be obvious. Thanks in advance.
