Actually all 3 of them have a thing with forehead

 

Sasuke and Itachi poking

 

Sakura with her big forehead in terms of appearance as well as the ribbon she gave up on for the academy thingie on the head (how do u call them goddamit?), in terms of how much it meant for her to be a ninja - remember how prideful she was about her status.

 

Naruto with the forehead protector - because of how much it meant to him to be a ninja and have his own way...

Ah, the Sakura forehead complex. Maybe that is how Kishimoto wants to show us that Sakura managed to get Sasuke's acknowledgement. Then this scene will be the lead which closes the coffin with SS romance in it.

Guys, it's pretty obvious that Sasuke is the one to poke Sakura's forehead. Lets cut it out with the talk of Naruto being the one to do it as this is just denial, which our base isn't known for.

 

Now what we can say is that there is nothing romantic about Sasuke's touching Sakura's forehead. Itachi touched Sasuke's forehead all the time. Unless Sasuke actually kisses or compliments her forehead (which is where we get into NS territory), it's not a  big deal. We're still in the game.

Either way, this potential SS poke scene (if there is one in the first place) won't be romantic at all. It will be about Team 7 bonds.
