I think it had something to do with the manga chapter that was released and that other photo with a black background of presumably an NH wedding.

Why shouldn't we give up on Kishi's BS story? That's the message Kishi is sending us with this BS ending.

So in the end we finally got the answer to my question. And that answer is Kishi is a monster that never cared about any of us just wanted money.
I'm too tired to even rant properly.
