If that interview is true, fans from all sides are going to flip, Admitting Naruto being close to Sakura is a mislead is nothing more than admitting the entire manga was nothing more than a troll, He felt Naruto falling in love with Hinata needed to be explained? Well if the spoilers are to be beleived, he did a lousy job, it still doesn't explain WHY Naruto loves Hinata all it does is tell us he does. For a mangka or any creative person to deliberately go out of their way to troll their fans...sorry that's disgusting, this is meant to be a manga for young impressionable kids, this is the moral code they are supposed to grow up reading? Well kitten that, To take a precious moment when Kushina was saying her final dying words to her son just to troll the fans, is sickening, to create a mother with the charactor traits she has just for a troll?

 

Everytime Kishi opens his mouth in an interview it just appears he sounds like a bigger idiot, I bet he thinks he is selling the movie everytime he comes out with his comments, what he doesn't even seem to realise is that he's killing his manga every single time, fans are being told, I lied to you! You liked Kushina? Well she was just a troll, You liked Naruto and Sakura's closeness? That was troll! It's a nail in the coffin for him, no fan likes being told they were trolled, doesn't matter if you are a NaruHina, NaruSaku, or SasuSasu fan, this interview basically tells the NAruSaku fansthey were trolled, and it sells the other two that the reason their pairings got no development was because he'd rather troll a fandom than develop their story.

 

This is one of the most disgusting comment I have ever read from someone who created a story...It's no wonder he tried so hard to have everyone evil redeemed, he was justifying his own evil throug them.

 

I hope that this interview is false or atleast been taken heavily out of context, because if it's true, every single fan should be signing that Ban Naruto petition, we don't need that kind of trash being shown to our impressionable youth.

 

If NH needs more explanation (and, heck, SS, too), why not spend some of those 700 chapters developing them instead of taunting and trolling fans with NS?

NS is dead at this point. And kishi try to erase it from canon existence because nh will become silver medal if not worse at this point.

Anyway does it mean he mean in that interview that nh is decide since part 1?

 

The confession from Sakura to Naruto was made because Kishi thought it wouldn't fit Sakura's character to move from Sasuke to Naruto, which happened in chapter 469. Kushina, as Sakura parallel, was introduced in chapter 400 or so.

That man is desperately Pin wheeling in the wind at this point. If he put that kitten in there on purpose, he made a big mistake. If he did it on ACCIDENT he made a big mistake. 

Not matter WHAT he says he can't win at this point, he's already done. There is no escape, but he just keeps digging himself a ditch anyways.

It's your choise, I'm better belive that whole story until 699 was right, it was about bonds, about friends, about feelings that is grown with time, that NH will never be a couple in my eyes, because it's simple doesn't work for what we saw.

 

I cannot take a story about friendship and bonds properly when the main hero only pretended to like the heroine for what is essentially a pissing contest.

Here's the thing:

When a shipping is born, it's because you written that way and make it credible. At times, shipping is also born because hey, why not pair them for fun or maybe it comes off sexy. Case in point, Katara and Zuko. Their bonds officially begins in Book 3, starting to forgive and move on, and it was greatly justified. You can argue book 2, but it was more like a startup because they have been enemies since then. In book 3, it's a beginning of a newfound friendship. By that time, the past can't be erased as in Aang and Katara has been developing for a long time. The creators know the fandom exist but they're not going to their way and/or do a turn. So in the end, all according to the plan and things went just well.

Here, everything is a lie. It's beyond horrible to do because this isn't a series that lasted 60 episodes or 120 chapters or less. This is a 15 years work and everything is now a lie. To make matter worse, he didn't even develop others as to say, "You see, these were credible." For God sake, does he think he only lied to fandom? He lied to many others. He made the databook look pathetic, he made the anime look like a jumbo mess, he made games look like idiots, he made the bonds book look like F graded work, he made everyone look like idiots. That's what he did. No matter what you think, it's absolute certain that this man deserves no respect from us. You only become a yes man if you agree with him. And guess what? That's what the movie is aiming for. People who eat any kitten they see. I remember one guy talks about how one movie is so bad but it caters towards kids, but when you really look at it, it's insulting and it feels like you need to save your kids from watching. You don't care if it's innocent or cute, it's not good.

So in the end, as a former fan of the series, this movie only works on yes men. I don't follow like that. I said it before, if it's crap, I will acknowledge it, even from my favorite. And this is crap.

The whole idea that the entire manga is a troll is ridiculous. He knew Naruto and Hinata were going to end up together so...he stuck her hiding behind trees for a good deal of the manga? He had them interact 15 times over 15 years? Then he develops another girl to be Naruto's object of desire, builds their relationship until its revealed she's just like Naruto's mother, someone whom her father recognized as being like Kushina, then Minato gives her his blessing saying 'I leave my son in your hands?'

 

All this just to mislead readers?

Kishi should really take some friggin speach classes b/c the interviews he has given us this far are just simply unprofessional. He always says "I think", "I think", "I think", which basically shows indecisive and easily influenced this guy is.

And worse: JUST stop talking about Naruto and Sakura, Kishi! You don't need to save your ass by trampling on the most obvious and strongest bond that you fabricated out of all existing bonds (only Naruto and Sasuke's bond goes a step beyond my OTP's bond and that for valid reasons). Don't give another interview, just never talk again.

I think people were just sick of the premise about a guy who was a sad person doing sad things. That was addressed quite well in FFVII, doing a rehash of it was tiring. It felt completely unoriginal, just like the Project G plot that was straight rip-off of Project Jenova. Now people don't remember Cloud as the guy who wanted to "mosey", they see him as Sad Keanu.
 

People seem to just argue ships for their favourite characters, I suppose. Aerith is simply incredibly popular for being a fridged character. But really, clerith isn't as touching as zerith.

Yea, it is pretty bad that they went from him being a Boss to him being the guy curled up in the corner, bit I suppose to me its justifiable given all the BS that manages to happen to him. We don't ever actually get to SEE a put together, in control Cloud ( that's decently pictured  and not lego animation. ) but for those moments of him fighting Sephiroth and even then he's having flashes of guilt that ZACK has to break him out of.

You won't hear an argument from me, Zerith/Cloti are my ships.
The fact that she wrote him over 80 letters when he disappeared always gets me. And even more so that they both die in untimely, tragic ways before being reunited via death. 

Cloud in Crisis Core was a cutie though. Shy,but not mopey and more talkative by far. You can see him sort of teasing Tifa in his Shinra grunt Uniform as Zack and Sephiroth head into the reactor at nibelheim the first time. 

The sadest thing is that people don't REALIZE Aerith has been fridged. She wasn't in Doudecim, she was not in Dissidia, she barely shows up with Cloud in KH and Kh2, she's relegated to briefly popping up in AC and ACC, if she were THAT popular, shouldn't she get more attention? instead its given to Tifa and Cloud. 

Crisis Core also chooses to shoehorn the Cloti and the Zerith feels rather then making light of Aerith, Tifa's, Clouds or Zack's feelings like they could have done if they felt that need to show that Clerith was in fact their intended couple, but they don't.

My soul sees what my eyes cannot , it holds grudges and does not forget easily.    

My eyes are a bit singed from looking at his retcon, backpedaling hyper-beam though.

I feel sorry for all the Japanese NS fans who go see this movie, to be put through two hours of this garbage. Someone should warn them.

 

I guess you could always keep your volumes and ignore the ending. =| The story makes more sense without it, honestly.
